- Reviews:Man they need to better train and better care for their fish. Came in today and bought 10 Otocinclus, the girl said she needed a bit to get them so we walked around for 10 minutes and didn’t notice too much until I got home about 25 minutes later. Half of them appear to have been injured from them trying to catch them and the poor guys are very unhealthy. I kept one aside in a bowl floating in my tank to acclimate and gave him more time to acclimate than the rest due to him looking the worst and he unfortunately died about an hour later. See the pics for yourself. They have a good selection but avoid this store for live fish.By matt ongsiako (a month ago)I have been here twice in the last couple weeks. Both times I was greeted and assisted by a lovely young lady named Bonnie. She was attentive and very helpful. I bought food for my Italian Greyhound. Miss Bonnie helped me select a new harness for my dog. She was extremely nice and extremely helpful. My dog felt completely at ease with her assistance. The pricing is fair and equal to anywhere else, and the staff is always friendly. - Reviews:The place doesn’t look spectacular, but they do spectacular work. From our research and being animal lovers, we found this place to be the best and affordable place for spay and neutering of pets. We had recently had our 2 puppies spayed and neutered here. The staff were welcoming, attentive and informative of the process. Our pups came through with out any side effects. He needed his shots and physical exam.The young ladies at the reception desk were very pleasant. Dr. Carlos was the vet. The Dr. was exceptional. He was so gentle and knowledgeable. I have brought stray cats, my own cats, and my beloved dogs to utilize their services. Spay, neuters, heartworm prevention pills, and sometimes just a phone call to receive some much needed advice, this place delivers. I’ve been flush and I’ve lived lean and this place is a GODSEND for anyone with a pet. Keep fighting the good fight. I tnr with them but also had my own cat neutered there recently and he needed abdominal surgery to get one of his testicles out and it was only an additional 25 bucks. They’re also always so nice there. 10/10 recommend!By Rebecca Spratling (2 weeks ago)Lost a loyal customer of seven years today since front desk girl refused to call vet to ask if I could purchase trifectas for my seven year old dog who never misses a month of treatment due to never having an annual ten days ago. Made no sense even if I wanted to schedule an annual for next week she still refused service. This place has truly gone down hill since change of management. Future vet care will be switched to hope located down the street who truly care about the well being of the clients they treat. Nice and clean Shop with an unbelievable variety of pet stuff dogs, cats, rodents, fish and birds and a lot more. Very sweet cats ready for adoption and we met a very nice volunteer Lady we had a very interesting talk with. She’s taking care of the cats like cleaning the litter boxes, giving them lots of pets and love and trying to socialize them. Please don’t buy your pets from breeders, there are so many dogs that cats out there and they deserve to find a new safe and beloved home.
He looks innocent, but this guy has been blacklisted from PetSmart grooming salon 🤦🏽♀️😂. Apparently he’s “too difficult”. They never told us. They need to do a better job of hiring and training. We’ve had several other groomers without any issues!
The store closes at 7pm everyday. My Wheaten terrier loves to pick out his favorite bones and of course sniff all the great things in this lovely store.
Willing to work with you. Have 2 adopted cats from petsmart (who works with no kill shelter). I was having difficulty finding food they liked. I was able to buy several cans of different types of canned food. The unopened cans they did not like petsmart took back as long as I had receipts.
Great products and great service with Banfield
No matter the state we’ve been to Petsmart we have always had excellent service from the store and the Banfield hospital. Everyone is very helpful. Check in time is pretty fast, your pets name is on the board, they weigh then and bring them in, answer any questions and let you know what to expect. It’s great to be able to drop them off and then pick them up later. The store has good pricing and great selection. Would recommend!
