I had been stiff and sore for several weeks and we we’re getting ready to take a long road trip. Dr Sean got me in on short notice, identified the problem areas and made the necessary adjustments. He and all his staff were extremely kind and caring. I was fearful of chiropractors after an experience many years ago. During the height of the pandemic, I received an injury to my back. My PCP prescribed meds, ordered an MRI, pain management and physical therapy. There were many obstacles to medical treatment at that time. I felt defeated. A friend highly recommended New Spring. I decided to give them a try. The receptionist was very friendly and took time to explain the process. Dr. Sean took an X-ray and reviewed it with me. They provided me with very affordable options and I chose the one that worked best for me. I quickly felt relief and healed without running around for multiple therapy appointments and filling prescriptions. We went to our family practitioner and they did x-rays and sent us on our way with, “he may have the beginning of Scoliosis but just keep your back straight and keep up with your posture and you should be fine”. Months later he was complaining even more about the pain but he is a child who refuses to take pain medicine. I decided to search chiropractors in the area and a few came up, two with 5 star reviews. New Spring Chiropractic had more reviews so I decided to give them a try. Dr. Allison made him feel very comfortable and informed both of us what the plan of action was going to be, showing us the x-rays (the doctor did not show us any x-rays) and explaining every step of the way what was going to be done. He didn’t have the beginnings of Scoliosis, instead he had a quick growth spurt which required more of his back muscles than what they were able to give. After the first treatment he felt much better. He rarely complains of any back pain now after a few weeks and walks much taller than he used to. I was so impressed with his doctor – Patient relationship. He had patients all different ages, backgrounds, and health. And EVERY single interaction was as if he was taking care of family, the care was unique to each patient which is what is so special about chiropractic. He genuinely takes the time to listen to his patients and recommended stretches for patients that needed it. Something I really found amazing was that I was able to watch him do a first visit with a patient. Her primary chiropractor passed, and she was looking to find a new one to take care of her and her family. He listened to what her primary complaints and history were and even asked to know how she liked to be adjusted (which I found really comforting that he was aware that she had a lot of history with receiving chiropractic adjustments and wanted to cater to what she found was best for her). The best part was that the patient was so comfortable and pleased with her visit she made an appointment for one of her children for the next visit! If you need a kind, knowledgeable doctor he is the one to go to! The office offers so many different modalities as he has so many different approaches, but his wife offers acupuncture services which although I did not shadow her, I was able to see her rooms full of happy faces! I have been seeing them for both chiropractic and acupuncture as I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. Each visit is great, they take the time to listen to how you are feeling and are really great at making you feel comfortable. I’ve only been seeing her for about 2 weeks for facial acupuncture. I am seeing some results already!
Even though she is helping with my facial lines and scars, she is willing and ready to help with any other problems at the same time. I’m also being treated for some plantar fasciitis symptoms and arthritis, and it’s all done at the same time and included in the price.
There is definitely a relaxed, family atmosphere when you enter the office, and the essential oils diffusing in the office add to the experience.
Although I’ve only known Heather for a few weeks, she’s demonstrated her deep desire to help anyone she can. She has quite the bag of tricks and is knowledgeable in many areas. I would highly recommend her services. In fact, I plan to have my son visit her as well.

But to say this office was the best visit would be an understatement. From the beautiful oils smell when you walk in to the very nice lady at the desk.. then the doctor. Explains everything. All the Staff and Doctors are very personable and helpful. It shows that they truly care about your health and well- being. They have completely changed posture and pain I was having from a serious injury. They have quick and easy appts and work with insurance. I’d have to say it’s the best practice in Palm Coast by far. Don’t waste your time going place to place. It’s right off the parkway in an easy location.
I absolutely love this office! Everyone here makes it feel like family and not to mention the knowledge of the doctors is impeccable. I am so blessed to be a part of this practice and to receive the top of the line care that they provide. They truly care about my well being and help to get me better not give me a bandaid that will eventually not work. I love them so much and am so thankful for this office and group!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care!!!
I don’t even have the words to explain how amazing the girls are here. I’ve been going for 3 weeks now and they have helped me so much. It’s rare to find any kind of Healthcare these days that makes you actually feel heard and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy 💚

I’ve had the pleasure of being adjusted by both Dr. Thomas and Dr. Coggins and I felt comfortable and confident in their care. The service at this facility is phenomenal! They are very attentive and provides the best care for all your orthopedic needs! Not to mention how wonderful that staff is! I will never go to another clinic again! I am very happy with this facility!!!
