Been going here for, I believe, over two years now. We go here once a week for our adjustment. It’s been a big improvement in our daily lives as that much needed maintenance corrects our body and posture. We used to constantly have terrible migraines, neck and back pain, but every-time we get adjusted, we sleep so much better afterwards. We’re on their wellness plan which allows us to have 4 visits every month and saves us a lot of money compared to paying for individual visits each time. Note, you do have to stay on it for a minimum of two months before canceling and you can choose to pause your membership as well.
I love how convenient the hours are and the fact we do not need an appointment to stop by. It’s always very clean and well air conditioned which is a plus being in this Louisiana heat.
Our typical visit would consist of being ask if there are any problem areas bothering us for that week followed with their recommended adjustments. I had never had a problem with any of their doctors. They have always been very kind to us. Very affordable and the quality of care is top notch.

Dr. Kris reviewed my medical records & explained each step in the process of my treatment. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Would recommend this facility 100%. Several months ago, one of the doctors made me so upset, I never returned. He was rude, belittling and refused to do the adjustment the way I asked. I went last week to cancel me and my husband’s membership. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the doctor and was told a manager would call me regarding my experience. It’s been a week. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Don’t waste your time here. I went in experiencing a great deal of tightness and discomfort. I was treated by Dr.Keith Cormier, who was extremely genuine and listened to my concerns. This was first time going to The Joint Chiropractic. I went there with severe neck and upper back pain. I walked out feeling like a new woman. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and easy to talk to. His treatment was fitting for my situation(recent surgeries). I was worried about any trauma brought to those areas, but he knew just how to adjust my spine without any pain or discomfort. Overall thorough & pleasant experience- all staff members were friendly. Dr Vanessa really took her time with me & it was much appreciated.
Very competent and friendly staff. I took my 2 month old son here to have a check on his right arm. Dr. Vanessa was very patient and thorough during the session. He so far only needed 2 sessions and his arm is moving really good. I definitely recommend
I had a wonderful experience at Ozark Chiropractic Clinic. The staff is wonderful -Jessie, Joey and Tabitha. I had the best massage courtesy of Joey and Tabitha. I came there hurting but I felt great when I left I wasn’t in pain!
