  I went here because I’ve always used Sports Clips for a quick and affordable haircut, and I received the best service I’ve ever had here. I got my hair cut by the manager on duty on 8/22/22 around 2:30pm (I forgot her name and I lost the receipt, if you see this please help me out here! Hopefully the date and time can help with giving her the proper credit), and she was excellent throughout the process.

  She was professional, friendly, direct, and precise, and not only did an excellent job with my haircut, and listened to me for what I wanted/needed as well. For example, I can’t stand the MVP service and I’ve had stylists give me trouble for wanting to skip the whole heated towel + shampoo process, but all that my stylist did when I mentioned wanting to skip that process was double check that I knew that the MVP is included in the haircut first, which I appreciate. She was also the first stylist I’ve had at any location who brought up the issues I was having with my hair. She recommended ideas and products in a way that proved her expertise without coming off as trying to push a sale, rather as her caring about my hair care situation and wanting to help. I can confirm that the products and advice she gave definitely worked for me as well, and were well worth the cost.

  The salon is also kept immaculately clean, and when I got there the same manager that cut my hair was cleaning up the shop and reorganizing, so I know that she’s a good part of the reason that it stays that nice.

  I will absolutely come back here, and I recommend this place to anyone else also looking for a good place for a haircut.

  I am going to start off by saying Trista, and Ms Tish do a fantastic job at this location. However, when I learned today after my haircut of a new $5-$10 up-charge for a “detailed cut” after getting my usual skin fade, I couldn’t help but laugh. I have already observed prices increasing after coming to this location since 2019 but to charge extra for fades, tapers, or anything that actually requires attention to detail is ridiculous. All you’re doing at this point is taking away the ladies tips that they earn by doing a good job and putting it into the pockets of a company that’s worth millions. I’m not sure if this is a nation wide decision, or a district one, but whoever it is should really reevaluate things.
  ALL haircuts should be “detailed”, I should not be charged extra for a service I’m already paying for while expecting it to be done correctly.

  I’ve been a Sportclips customer for years but I think this will become my preferred location as some of them have become impossible to get in without a wait, even with online check in which is great, by the way.

  This time my hair was expertly cut by MJ and I love how she did it. Also one of the friendliest stylists I’ve worked with which is saying something as most of them are great. I’ll definitely be back and will work with MJ again for sure if I can

  Made Online appointment at 624, Site said 0 wait, Arrived at 640 for appointment we set online, they turned us away because they ONLY had 2 stylist with no one else in the store but us looking to get a hair cut.

  2 stylist, 1 Customer with appointment, not enough people to cut our hair…math does not check out.

  Why allow the appointment? Employees were clearly just being lazy and did jot want to work til 7pm, their posted close time.
