  1. My experience with Mr. Rooter was awesome from start to finish! I called to schedule a faucet installation and the office staff were wonderful and got me an appointment the next day. I received lots of communications confirming the appointment and a call when they were on their way. John arrived and was spectacular. Very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and friendly. Honestly the best plumber I have ever had. Will definitely use again and will keep John in mind for any future plumbing needs.

  2. Jordan was great! Our kitchen sink was stopped up. Jordon fixed it, cleaned up, and advised us on some other work we need to get done. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. Main office was a pleasure to deal with as well.

  3. Scott was early to job , knew exactly what he had to do , explained each step to the job he was doing , Scott is personal and very nice to talk with. The price was fair for the work he did which looks great, a new bidet toilet.. I recommend Scott 1000 times over.. thank mr rooter 👍.

  4. I love mr. Rooter. They are the one company to trust in the area. After having many headaches with different plumbers, the professionals at Mr.Rooter came to my house to save the day! All of their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They’ve helped me with issues with my water pump, heat and plumbing and I have always been left extremely satisfied with the service. Cannot recommend this company enough!

  5. After years of dealing with a chronically backed up sewer line, I finally called MrRooter. They promptly sent Scott who scoped my line and showed be I needed a new one.
    From the time I called the dispatcher to the time I had a new sewer line was three days.
    Thanks to Patrick the excavator and Alex and his crew I no longer have this head ache. Truly professional and genuinely nice folks.
    Now not only do I have peace of mine, I had it at a great price. THANK YOU MR . ROOTER!!!

    We had a leak from the kitchen sink, we called these guys the night before when we realized there was a leak around 5pm, and they were here the very next day just before 8am to help fix the problem. Two plumbers arrived, tools in hand ready to look at the issue, they detected the problem and fixed it all within a 2 hour time frame. The leak had also caused problems in the basement and they even helped us sort it out down there, they replaced parts and fixed the entire problem, with hardly any mess. Two very professional, experienced gentlemen that were courteous and kind. I will definitely call these guys again with my next plumbing or heating problem.

    I called them to book an appointment for a tenant in Poughkeepsie. The secretary was unprofessional — even sounded like she didn’t trust me. She asked me to email them my company name so they can verify it first, my info and the issue that I’m calling them about before we could book an appointment. I went along with it. I sent them an email and a link to our company website and called back the next day. The secretary then told me that they received my email but that the owner is still deciding if he wants to take us and that they will call me back if we can book an appointment. What is up with that??
