  I was in a bind and did not expect anyone would be able to come out for a few days or more. I was completely surprised to hear they would be out here this very day. They were here in less than 2 hours. Victor Cortez was my technician and he could not have been more courteous. He was friendly, cleanly and got right to work. He put down his own pads & cloths after picking up my rugs to keep them clean & dry. I have never seen anyone in the service industry take such care. He got my problem fixed and he cleaned up & replaced my rugs. After a short time preparing the bill & getting payment arranged he wished me well and was on his way to his next appointment. I am very happy to give Victor a perfect grade and will definitely call for his service again if needed. I will recommend your company as well. The lady in the office was also prompt and very helpful. She was courteous and very prompt in communication with my sister. I think her name is Melissa. Thank you for an excellent experience!!   We had an emergency situation where the piping to our entire upstairs was clogged so no water was coming out when you turned the hot water on. The first repair person came and said we may have to re-pipe the entire upstairs because there was no way to know where it was clogged. He set me up with an appointment next day with his Supervisor, because he said if anybody could figure it out it was him. His Supervisor came and said that we might have to re-pipe, but was going to give it his best shot. Long story short, he was able to fix it without it being repiped and I am very grateful! They are a little pricey, but upfront about it and since it was an emergency situation, I was just glad to have it done.

  I just want to give a big shout out to Charlie from Rotor Rooter. Had a plumbing emergency late last night and he showed up rather quickly to help us out. He was professional and courteous! He came to my home, was mindful of not letting my cats out and did everything in his power to fix my problem. Unfortunately my plumbing issues were extensive but he fixed what he could by going through the roof rather than completely tearing apart my bathroom and leaving me screwed until we hear back from the landlord. If you’re on here Charlie, I just want to say THANK YOU MAN and I hope you and your supervisor are the ones to return if my landlord approves the issue!!!!

  I had previously had a plumbing problem and lead tech Jerry came out and handled it quickly and efficiently. I just had a similar problem and Jerry sent out Charlie he was so incredibly nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He told us what was needed and that evening Jerry came by to see how things went. What an incredible team they are. They are professional and can immediately access and know what is wrong. I highly recommend them.

  I had a faucet that was clogged two days before the holidays, and I was prepared to not have a working faucet. Luke scheduled me for the next day and came promptly to my home. He was very professional, kind and and provided me with the information on how to fix the issue should it happen again. I think this goes without saying—while I could have called any other licensed plumber, Luke and Raul go that extra step and will be my go to plumbers moving forward.   Great Service. Luke and Ro were fair, honest and professional 👏. Jeannie did her best to fit me in the same day and was patient and understanding of my sense of urgency. It helped that I called early too. Luke and Ro thoroughly alleviated my main drain clog. No residue issues. I do recommend Rezab plumbing .

  Not orginally from this area but have lived here for 14 years, so I dont have connections but think I found my plumbers. Luke and Raul did a great job of removing and replacing my water heater. They wanted to ensure I was satisfied with their work and even fixed a leaking outdoor spicket. Luke even provided a leak catch pan with a drain at no additional cost over the quoted price.
