  1. We used Roto-Rooter for a drain clog that turned out to be more of a plumbing issue than we had anticipated. The plumber (Bill) and Drain Clog expert (Craig) both serviced our kitchen sink drain. They were both extremely professional, courteous, on time, and did an excellent job. We were able to get an appointment the next morning (the drain issue occurred late Friday night), which was great!

  2. Jeremy was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue in a timely manner. He checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I understood what was going on and was comfortable with the work. He cleaned up the space very well before leaving and was just a kind person overall. Anyone who uses this service will be lucky to have Jeremy complete the call. Very professional and did great, clean work.

  3. I worked with Paul. He was straight forward and honest. Now I’m horrible at reviews. But Paul deserves 10/10!!! He did amazing work and busted his butt from the time he start to the end of the day. What I mean is he started at my place at 930am and didn’t leave till after 830pm. He put in a tankless water heater and soft water tank. Did a very quick fix for my downstairs toilet that didn’t want to stop running. Now don’t expect free work but expect to be treated right. I hope his boss and bosses boss sees this and Paul is amazing!!!

  4. Craig was great. He was very knowledgeable in the topic we needed him for! Extremely nice and professional as well. He seemed very experienced not only with the subject matter (clogged pipe causing a backup in basement drain) but also working with customers in their home. Responded in record time and got everything taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time and as efficiently as possible. I have always had good experiences with Roto-Rooter in the past, but Thomas was easily one of the best overall and his customer service put it over the top.     Major drain came out and flushed out my floor drain. I had an issue arise again at the end of 3 months but they came snd took care of it under the warranty so they came out promptly and they were absolutely fantastic… It’s great to see a company like this that stands behind their warranty. I had used them several years ago and they did a wonderful job then as well. The young man that came out this September 2022 was so polite and so professional. He did a fantastic job.They have a very good value in terms of what they charge because I have compared them to others in the past. They always give a fair price. And like I said they were happy to honor the warranty and come out to address an issue.They were great about booking that quickly when I told them the drain was bubbling up, to make sure that I did not have any overflow issues damage my floors .That worked with my schedule and arrived promptly. Every time I’ve ever dealt with them I’ve had a positive experience. I highly recommend them.

    My main basement drain started backing up late Thursday night. I was recommended by a friend to contact them as they do work for our business. I called about 10am Friday and had an appointment at 12:00pm. WOW. Quick! Tyrone and John let me know 15 minutes out of their arrival and they were friendly, and got right down to business. They diagnosed, explained my options, and remedied the problem quickly. They found that a clean out pipe had never been accessed before (even though I had a different company hour just a year prior for a back up). They opened up a hole in the wall to access it and cleaned out decades worth of crud out of it. They let me know where I could find a door to purchase and cover the valve. Now, it will be easily accessible in the future. They cleaned up after they left, which is always appreciated. I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend them! They earned a new customer for the future!

    We had a great experience with Major Drain. Roto Rooter canceled on us 4 times, and a different plumber told us we would have to tear out tile to fix the leak on our shower handle. Major Drain fixed the problem quickly without tearing out any tile. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and professional. Also- super affordable! We will definitely use Major Drain again!

    Liked best because they answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon. Was able to schedule first thing Monday morning to get my sink drain unclogged. Service man was very polite, knowledable, efficient, explained what he did after he was done. I was able to pay my bill over the phone with the office instead of with service man.you can never be too careful when handing out sensitive credit card information.

    They answered by the second ring on a Saturday and had someone come out Sunday 20 mins before the scheduled appointment time. Chad was able to get our main line unclogged when a plumber from a different company couldn’t. Showed me exactly what was going on. Pipe needs more work in the future for a repair but he was able to explain the issue without fear tactics. Top shelf company all around

    My family closed on a home on May 26th, on May 27th we found standing water in the basement.. we called plenty plumbing companies but PlumbRite was the first to respond and the best in Price ! Melanie was great taking the service call, Cody was an awesome sales person who explained the issue, showed us video of the sewer and even returned after the repair to see how it was doing! The technicians who came to install the new sewer was respectful, responsible and super fast! Plus the job was done right away (within 48 hours)! I recommend this company to any and everyone who “needs a job done rite” !

    Everything went well and seems to still be working fine thankfully! They followed through on everything they said they would and did quality work it seems. One plumber maybe wasn’t super professional, but I’m not worried about that. One was still learning but worked hard. He may have made some very minor mistakes, but he worked hard and cared about the quality of the job, so I didn’t mind. My home was left very dusty and dirty because of the work. I wish that dust at least could have been minimized more, but I know this work is messy. The office people were very responsive. I did have like 3 or 4 different people and numbers contacting me, though, and that got a little confusing. I would have preferred to do the negotiating and communication of time and price with one (at most two) people in the office. The priced seemed high, but I think that is just our world now. Everything costs more. I’m willing to pay more if the work is high quality and will last, though.

    We were so thrilled with our experience and service. Jim was able to come out same day when our water heater began to leak. He was patient and had great knowledge on our needs. He was no pressure and allowed us time to research and make our decision and was able to get our install done the next day! We now have a wonderful new hot water heater!

    Frozen pipes, called and immediately got service scheduled same day. They notified me by text/email 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed a pic of who was coming. Both plumbers were outstanding! They wore booties to protect the floor, we’re clean, professional, pleasant, amazing. Far and away the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had!

They were the last piece in an ongoing issue and did a great job to finish putting my laundry room back in order.
