  2. Office staff (Jason) were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to rearrange their schedule and make an emergency appointment for me. Techs Preston and his helper were the same. Courteous , friendly , knowledgeable and very professional. They were clean cut and well dressed. They did not try to rush me and answered all of my questions even though it was late in the evening. They explained everything and gave me a detailed invoice with the work done, prices and warranty information. I was really surprised at the professionalism of these employees and can’t recommend this company enough. I will definitely use them again.

  3. Definitely the best experience I’ve had dealing with plumbing issues! These guys are knowledgeable and take advantage of technology to get to the bottom of it. I got more than a clean drain; I saw pictures of how it looks in there to better understand what happened, what to do moving forward and what to expect in the future to be prepared! I also thought it was pretty cool to get to know who was coming over when I received a message with the picture of Clay! I am very grateful for all he and his partner did today!!! God bless them and Area Plumbing company! 🙏

  4. Preston and his partner were fantastic. They were upfront and went over everything with me so I was well informed of what was going on even for the smallest detail. Was able to have them repair something I forgot to mention on the original service call which was great. They were nice and cleaned up after themselves. they were very thorough. Even making sure I had the emergency instructions on my water heater. The service call included checking all other plumbing and I appreciate that they asked if I would like them done but making sure I knew they were included. I didn’t feel like they were just pushing additional services or products unnecessarily. Also absolutely loved that when Preston’s partner (I am so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was working on the guest toilet he noticed the tank was loose and just tightened it while he was working on it. Definitely went above and beyond, both of them.

  5. Repaired a clogged dishwasher and fixed the reverse osmosis.
    Excellent service and superlative knowledge of systems.
    I could not ask for a more professional experience. Les is
    personable, friendly..fielding questions and explaining issues, and a thoroughly enjoyable man. First time in all my years that I enjoyed having plumbing work done.
    His work was done efficiently with no leaks and cleaned up when finished.

He came to our house fixed a clogged tub and noticed that the hot water on the shower knob was backwards and fixed because my special needs brother in law had trouble with it. Made him so happy!     Truly hard to find a good, honest plumber anymore especially here in Yuma. Looked up the reviews and called due to a blockage and water backing up in our showers. Initially quoted a time of arrival between 2-3 and got a call at 11:45 they were on the way. Got us all cleared out and taken care of no problem, explained the issue to my husband so we can keep it from happening again. The reviews were spot on. We now have our plumbing company going forward. If you need a plumber call them. THANK YOU ED ❤️

    Called the company of 4/12/23 and the person who answered the phone would not say how much they would charge for an estimate. They did say they charge by the hour but wouldn’t say what the hourly amount was.

    They came to patch a wall that was created during an earlier plumbing fix through our home warranty and they were great.     Just had Sunflower come out to replace a broken garbage disposal under home warranty. They were here EXACTLY when they said they would be, and Aiden was very professional, friendly, and efficient with the job. They were in and out quickly yet had great attention to detail.
