Sunshine Plumbing has come to my house twice for minor issues (water in the shower not getting hot enough, sink draining slowly, water building up in the dishwasher, etc) and both times they were fantastic. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and was able to schedule me for the same day both times. The plumbers who came to do the work (most recently, Mark) were also friendly, professional, quick, and explained what they found and how they were fixing it. Overall, very pleased with this company!

  2. Sunshine Plumbing has come to our house several times for plumbing concerns. Most recently, we had a leaking pvc pipe in the garage. George was extremely efficient with replacing the shutoff valve and getting the pipes back in working order. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are always fair.

  3. Sunshine Plumbing has responded to two emergencies at our house in the last 3 months. First was a waste water backup and the second was a feed line failure in our bathroom wall. Both times Sunshine responded with 2 hours (including one weekend). Their staff were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of our home. Their rates are reasonable. I can’t recommend them too highly. Rodney rocks!

It was my first time using these services and I am very impressed. They scheduled me right away and were very affordable. I can not recommend Wes and Sunshine Plumbing enough! A+

  5. Love this company! Scheduling was straightforward and timely. They called well before the appointed time to alert me that an emergency repair was taking longer than expected and would make the plumber a bit late. Mark, our plumber, came about 30 minutes later than planned but was efficient and took care or our plumbing repair quickly at a fair cost. He explained what was needed and gave us all the info we asked for. We were 100% happy with the entire process. If we need (when we need!) a plumber again, we will definitely call Sunshine Plumbing.

    When our well pump was running too often, we thought we had a problem with that system. Nope, it was a busted pipe under the slab in our office. We figured this out when the carpet became mysteriously wet. Sam from Premier came right out and detected the location of the leak through the slab within inches. We scheduled the repair and two days later he showed up bright and early and knocked out the repair in just a few hours. He and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable, polite and left no mess. 5 stars isn’t enough!

    We called Premier Plumbing about an ongoing issue our family was experiencing with our toilets. We had a few hiccups in the beginning, which were addressed, we were given the estimate for the necessary repairs, then Corey, a professional plumber, and Patrick, Corey’s fantastic Plumber’s Helper, were sent to save the day. As soon as they showed up, they introduced themselves and explained everything they were doing. Corey decided to explore the pipeline himself so he could do everything in his power to do the least bit of damage to our bathroom floors and hand laid tile floors. The duo found the problem and came up with a game plan. They explained what was going on and what they would have to do. Understanding that I have a young child at home, they very thoughtfully asked me what they could do to not disrupt my daughter’s routine, such as only jack hammering when we could leave the house to run errands. They made sure our household could still function fairly comfortably, while being without one of the main bathrooms in our house for several days. Corey and Patrick were professional, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, communicative, and respectful. When you think of a small town business and what makes it so unique, you think of the people within the business… the heart of the company; Corey and Patrick, and other employees like these men, are where the company’s strength, integrity, and discipline come from. They are the heart of the company. I will request them personally if we run into issues with our plumbing in the, hopefully, not near future. Thank you, Corey and Patrick! You both made a difficult situation far less overwhelming than it seemed in the beginning. 5 Stars for the duo and 4 stars overall for the hiccups experienced in the beginning.

    These guys were amazing came out the same day we called and got the job done quickly and professionally and we’re super Duper nice. It didn’t cost near as much as what we thought it would originally. They crawled underneath our house and got to a pipe that had apparently been leaking for four years or more and did everything the right way. It is amazing how much more water pressure we have now that we didn’t realize we should’ve had before. I will definitely recommend these guys first and foremost. Excellent excellent service!

    I had a repipe done by Premier Plumbing and they failed two inspections one in my attic where they dropped the water lines on my A/C flex tubes which has caused over $50,000 in mold and A/C repairs plus one of their technicians cut out a hole in my A/C ducts in the attic and used a knife and cut out slices of aluminum looking insulation around my A/C ducts. Instead of fixing the piping with maybe brackets, they told me to sue them. I called the police because of the vandalism and called Premier Plumbing and Leak and they did nothing. Second in my master bathroom they failed inspection because they installed a shut off valve and it leaked all over my vanity and warped it. They cut holes in my drywall. They pulled out my water heater pipes from the ceiling. Last I looked, they are under probation with the inspection office and have many law suits.

    Roger Kelly from Quality was to drain hot water heater and replace shut off valves and a faucet. It turned into a 6 hr job which dealt with all the complications in our older home. He did an above excellent job with professionalism. He exceeded expectations with his thorough work ethic. What ever he is getting paid, he deserves more!! That’s why we always use Quality Plumbing.

    We had a major plumbing emergency last night. Sewage backing up into the store forced us to close up early and diagnose the issue. Quality Plumbing was available and sent out a tech (Carlos) at 10pm to try and find the cause. A 2nd tech was also dispatched when the first one didn’t have the right equipment due to the unique situation we were having. The two of them promptly worked together to determine where the issue lay at. While they weren’t the ones who fixed it (it was on the city of Gainesville to do so, which they did the next morning), Carlos and the Quality Plumbing team responded incredibly fast and professionally to help us get the city out to then fix our major problem. What turned out to be an awful evening and night end well in part to the rapid response from Quality Plumbing. So kudos to you all and your team. You helped us save far more money than we spent on the repairs. Cheers!

    I called Quality Plumbing Monday for a blockage my 1 year old decided to flush a toy down the toilet. The young lady that answered the phone was very polite and got a plumber for me that afternoon. Roger showed up to my house and was able to get everything working within the hour.
