  4. Adam and Brian came today and they were absolutely great! They got the issue resolved very fast and I am very happy with the services provided. *Basement main drain was backing up. They were able to diagnose the problem and were in and out with problem fixed in under an hour. I highly recommend if you have any plumbing issues.

  5. Rating of 1 star due to poor customer service. Did not inform me of drive time cost and wanted payment of $60 at visit. It is a very basic business practice to inform people of costs prior to charging them. Be forewarned if you use them. In addition, cost was very high for quoted service, with only a 1 year warranty and 1 revisit in case of problems. Pretty unfair if you ask me.

    Joe came an gave us an estimate and within a week and a half the whole project was complete. He walked through and explained everything to us. The plumbing was a nightmare and he and his crew were wonderful and made all the fixes a little less painful. He is truly the best and so is Michigan Plumbing. Thanks again for helping us out.

    I called them New Years Eve morning with water in my basement and they had said it would be “sometime today” they were busy. I said that’s fine. I had called a back up just in case and within an hour of my calling I got a call that Chadwick was on his way. He showed up figured out what was wrong fixed the problem and was out of there in less than an hour. Great service, quick, and Chadwick was friendly I will use them again.

    I had a leak in my kitchen sink pipes I couldn’t fix on my own after installing a new faucet. They were here within an hour after calling and their technician Chadwick had it fixed within 20 minutes. Very friendly, courteous and a good price. Highly recommend

    Michigan Drain did an amazing job! Seth and Zachary answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through all the problems I was having and gave me options. Out of the 6 other plumbing companies I have used over the past 4 years, they diagnosed my issue and showed me what was happening, all other plumbers just cleared my roots at 88ft and never checked past.     Absolutely amazing. They were professional, punctual and incredibly helpful. I just bought a home and heard strange gurgling sounds in the bathroom when the sump pump would run. They checked everything to make sure the lines were clear and walked me through what I should be hearing and why the sounds were occurring. No work had to be done, so they didn’t charge me which was more than I ever expected. Next time I need plumbing services I will 100% be going with them.

    We highly recommend Michigan drain. We’ve used them a couple times now on different properties. This company communicates very well which is a big decision maker when hiring a company to do work for us. We had a main sewer line clog and they came out and attempted to get it unclogged the same day we called, which was unsuccessful because the drain was longer than expected. We ended up needing to have a clean out installed out by the road. They pulled the proper permit and had everything excavated, repaired, inspected and backfilled in a timely manner. Not only was their price reasonable but the owner Aaron and his employees were amazing. They were always on time and gave us a heads up call before arrival. If you’re looking for great service, reasonable prices and good quality work Michigan Drain is the company to use.
