  1. My dealings with Sun City for the installation of my new AC unit have been nothing short of awesome. They staff at the office that called and reminded me of my appointments (initial estimate, installation, and inspection) were very professional. Jason, the estimator, was very professional and did not pressure me to make a choice I did not want to make. Raul and Gonzalo, the installers, were very professional and courteous. The were on time and cleaned up as they worked. The last team member, which I did not catch his name, completed the installation and the inspection in a very timely and professional means. I am very appreciative of the professionalism that Sun City exudes on their contracts. Thank you so much for an easy and stress free installation!

  2. They purposely don’t schedule enough time nor do they finish the job that way you can call them back and they can charge you another 500$ on top of the one they just charged you. They actually break stuff, and want you to pay them to fix it. I refused to pay them until they finished the job, but the price kept going up higher and higher. They still didn’t finish yet it was already close to 1500$ and they ended up breaking a couple of things along the way, and quote me to fix them. They hound you for payment, but they can careless if they do a fantastic job for the amount they are charging you. When I refused to pay, the supervisor for plumping acted all concerned and was going to make sure the job was done, but after I paid off my balance the supervisor didn’t care about any of my concerns anymore and wouldn’t return my phone calls. Wouldn’t recommend. They just con people and make the issues you have worse.

  3. From the initial phone call to inquire about mini splits to the final installation it was a seamless process. Everyone I dealt with was prompt, courteous and helpful. From the initial visit by Alex to give me an estimate I was impressed with his interest in my particular situation and giving me the best they had to offer without any pressure.

    When I had additional questions Alex or someone was always available to give me answers and suggestions. Then came the 2 days of installation which was done by Jeff and Johnny. Both gentlemen were respectful of my home and took the time to answer questions and do many small things to make the job better. They seemed to have answers to my questions before I asked them. They completely explained how everything works and made sure it was working before they left. The final job looks so good. And they cleaned up everything inside and outside.

    This is what customer service used to be and should be. Thank you to everyone involved.

  4. I had Sun City install a ductless a/c and heating system in my garage and also in the main bedroom/ bath. Very coordinated effort from the Sun City team with the electrician and installers.
    Special shout out to Jeff, the lead installer. He explained all the steps along the way during the install, very high quality work and
    left the finished job nice and clean. He also had a great helper in Johnny, both were very professional and did great work.

  5. From the first phone call to the final inspection visit, Sun City provided the best customer service in every aspect of our purchase. We met with Alex to discuss our options for a new HVAC system; he answered our many questions and requests to amend quotes to include different services. The installation by Luis, Jesse and Socorro was seamless and took two days. One additional service was to close, patch and paint old up-ducts from an evaporative cooling system. We want to mention Todd specifically for his exceptional care, diligence and skill for the quality work he did. His work ethnic was second to none.

    Needed a routine drain unclogging in my two bathtubs. After finding out the Mario Bros. are -still- unavailable, I called another local company who couldn’t schedule me for like 4 weeks. Then I called Maddox and they were able to schedule me for a couple days later. The work took way less time (and money!) than I thought it would. Technician Jason was really great: polite, super friendly, and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend Maddox.

    Lee was very knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. Not only did he fix the issue, he left me with a plethora of information regarding my furnace and water heater units.     Maddox plumbing came through! Their emergency service number actually has someone who answers the phone, and a service tech (Marlo) was dispatched within the hour.     We had Las Cruces P&G out for an estimate on a soft water conditioner and Eugene was the tech. Showed up right on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Our situation was somewhat complex and we had a misunderstanding as Eugene said he would have to bill us for the estimate. I was never advised, nor have I ever come across it before in many years, that there would be a charge for an estimate. Nothing on the website, nothing in the appointment confirmations. Eugene called back to the office and got it worked out for us and there was no charge. We have not ordered any work yet but this was a good sign of “service”, in my opinion. Granted, there was a lack of communication up front. But you usually find out if a company provides true service when there is a problem of some kind and in this case, Las Cruces P&G stepped up to the plate. Thanks, guys!

    Excellent customer service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our ac was struck by lightning surges and of course damaged the system. Matt worked with me and the insurance company to get it back in service. So the entire system had to be replaced. Matt provided a reasonable estimate for a new train hvac system that the insurance company approved. Believe it or not, friday I provided 1/2 down and today we have ac, which they recieved the unit yesterday!! UNBELIEVABLY FAST IN MY EXPERIENCE!! I highly RECOMMEND this company for your plumbing and hvac needs! Satisfied new customer!

    They did good work, nice worker, but we were given one estimate for water heater installation and when it was all said and done we were charged $200 more then estimate because the job took longer then they expected. No heads up till we got the bill. Already spoke with them, they apologized, and left it at that. Kind of made us wonder what good was their estimate, or word in the first place?? 2nd time that has happened with them. Just our experience.

    These guys are awesome!! I had AC issues yesterday and called the main office and spoke to Matt. He was thorough and very helpful. Matt was able to send a person out within a couple of hours. Gilbert arrived and was professional and told us exactly what we needed to do to get back up and running. We had to wait a day for the AC to thaw out. This morning the company sent Ricky out to take a look. I feel like he went above and beyond with fixing the unit, providing education for the future, and the price was fair. You also get a text with a picture of who will be coming out and their ETA. Some even have tracking so you know how close they are! Will definitely be using them again!
