  I visited this clinic to get my immunisation done. Firstly, the doctor’s attitude is DISRESPECTFUL, and has bad manners (uneducated). Strongly suggest that the “doctor” can return to kindergarten to learn manners. Also, the doctor’s knowledge is questionable. I came in to see the doctor, but he did not know what to do and questioned me back. Secondly, the nurse draws my blood with four attempts on both arms, which is terrible. Thirdly, the receptionist needs to be synchronised with the doctor. I spent three days meeting an unprofessional doctor that couldn’t even speak nicely with the patient who paid for him. I paid RM25 for this memorable experience and did not get any report for my blood test. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING!

  [DON’T COME HERE UNLESS A PERSON IS DYING AND ALL OTHER CLINICS ARE CLOSED DOWN] I will give 0 star if can. Came in around 11:20pm, registered. 4 patients before me. Clinic staff locked the door at 11:50 saying almost lunch time, remaining patients will finish consultation before their break time. 12:15pm I’m the last patient waiting and they told me doctor went out for lunch. Staffs tried to call doctor but can’t reach. Nurse mentioned that my registration is on Doctor’s table but there I am waiting. They asked me to come back at 2pm which I rejected. Just wasting patient’s time.

  Had a terrible experience there! The receptionist there are not synchronized with the doctor AT ALL! Had trouble in MC application, where the doctor inside stated that I’m applicable for a two-day leave. But, the assistant only granted one day leave and gave UNREASONABLE excuses such as the clinic is close on Sunday and the doctor himself is not around. Is she implying that people shouldn’t get sick during the weekend when the clinic is close? That’s totally absurd! Please ensure no such thing will happen in the future. The medication there is ok.

  Have to wait for too long almost 3 hours and they prioritise booster patient even thou u came early. Very bad service

  WORST doctor ever!!! He did a very painful, failed incision and drainage on my finger nail infection when there was no abscess yet. Insufficient local anesthetic was injected. He did not asked me if I felt any sensation before cutting. I yelled out in pain and he had to stop cutting. Never went back for review although I was asked to. Sought the advice of a more reliable and experienced doctor who told me that Dr Kheng’s treatment protocol was ALL wrong! First and last time seeing Dr Kheng! I was charged a lot of $$$ for a failed and irrelevant procedure that caused so much pain and did not help at all. And also had to pay more $$$ to consult another doctor thereafter. His qualifications and experiences are questionable.

  Had a terrible fall in the drain during my trip a week ago and went to Dr Sonia clinic for wound treatment. The services rendered were top notch. Nurses were extremely careful with my injuries and ensured to the best of their abilities that I was in minimal discomfort whenever possible. Doctor Sonia and her team were kind, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining to me the reason for each step they performed to treat my injury. One can definitely be a ease under the care of Dr Sonia and her team. Highly recommended!

  I came down with cough during my travels in sabha. Lucky the clinic was just opposite toy hotel. Responsive and polite staff. Doctor was good too. Minimum waiting time.

  My go-to clinic and doctor. Went there for consultation with Dr Sonia as I was having retinol allergy/hormonal breakouts and she was very gentle and understanding. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Klinik Dr Sonia. The staff and Dr were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My skin has also seen tremendous improvement. I highly recommend those suffering with hormonal breakouts to visit this clinic👍 😊

  I walk so far to find this clinic because not local. Unfortunately I arrived 5 minutes before 10PM. And staff said doctor not recieved any patients. Understand that. Please update the timing at google. Because its mention there close at 12AM
