- Reviews:The plumber showed up at a retail store and gave me a price of $530.00 to unclog the toilet. As I was waiting for approval for the Corporate office. It was taking corporate extra long to get approval and he left and said he could come back tomorrow, which was fine, I don’t blame him. I finally got approval for the amount he quoted me. He arrive the next morning and informed me that he needed to pull the toilet and clear the line which is additional $290.00: the total price being $820. and some change. This was extremely frustrating because he quoted me $530, but the bill ended up being $820.00. I had to pay for the additional money. I feel frustrated. The tech was nice, but I felt like he should have know that there was not a clean out and he would have to pull the toilet. While I was on vacation my water heater ( located in my attic ) began to leak I came home to my home being flooded I was distraught. I called them up they sent Cabe out to me in no time at all. He was skillful in his assembly and diagnoses. He was able to find the root of the problem in no time at all, and got it repaired in a timely manner. He was extremely transparent with me allowing me to see everything he was seeing as if I were fixing the problem with him explaining things during the repair. Very happy with the services they provided. They were quick to get service to us and communicated great and professionally through the entire process. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, and also very easy to talk to and made us comfortable with the work he was doing. He took care of our issues while explaining the entire way what he was doing and what we needed. We are very happy we called ER!
Of course with the freezing temperatures our area experienced today we ended up with a pipe breaking. We called ER plumbing and they were able to set us up with an appointment on short notice even on a very busy Christmas Eve!!!! The technician they sent (Mike S.) was nothing short of amazing! He was able to identify the issue and correct it in no time! We know this time of year is so busy but we really appreciate the work that was done. We will definitely keep them in mind in the future and will be recommending them to all our family and friends in the area!!! Thank you ER plumbing!!!
Steve initially scoped and quoted work to install new garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucets and master bath shower head and faucet. He took time to provide his expertise and recommendations for the type and style of fixtures that would work best. He also recommended options where I might shop for best quality product and service. Steve immediately provided me the quote that helped me move my project forward.
I followed Steve’s recommendations and purchased the necessary fixtures and when everything arrived I called ER. Steve came back on-site and was surprised that everything he recommended was in place and ready for the install.
All three pieces went very smoothly and took about 2 hours from start to finish. Steve communicated extremely well throughout the whole project, stopping periodically during the installation to inform me of minor things that came up that required my decision. He double checked everything he touched to insure nothing was leaking, nothing was still on and that the water was turned back on.
He took all boxes and packing and left the areas clean and very tidy. Truly a professional job and I have and will use ER Plumbing in the future and highly recommend Steve for all your plumbing needs.
Mac from E.R. Plumbing has rescued us twice from plumbing emergencies, getting us back in operation as quickly as possible. I really appreciate their fast response, and even same day service on a Friday afternoon. He is super friendly and enjoyable to work with too.
Nicholas and his apprentice were awesome! The bolt on my tank had rusted through and they fixed it so quickly and answered all of my questions. They also wore shoe covers and were very respectful of my house in general. And they had a great attitude. A great experience. It’s so nice to have the job done right, quickly, and for a reasonable price!
