  3. Too bad I didn’t read the review before coming here. Please people who read this, whatever review about this Maybank branch is TRUE. My mom & I have been waiting for their service for 5 hours… I REPEAT.. 5 HOURS. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. DO NOT.. I REPEAT AGAIN… DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. Go to other Maybank branch eg Permaisuri or Boulevard. You will thank me later.

  4. This maybank located in Miri Timesquare is the newest one Miri city . Personal experience with the bank’s service was had to queue for a long time but the staffs’ service for me wasn’t particularly good or bad. The atm machines here were always out of service.

    0/5. Ridiculously slow and extremely inefficient service. I’m not even referring to the queueing time standing outside of the bank…it’s the staffs…card is expiring in 2 months time, it took one staff an hour plus just to issue me new card, another hour for another staff to activate the account. Do reserve at 3.5hours for simple services like this.

    The queing counter is rather small & congested. It can accomodate about 3 to 5 people at a time however the staff is friendly and kind to assist.

    If you want to open new account. Make sure you have half day time to be in the bank. Staffs are nice, friendly, pretty and handsome.

    Nope. The cash taller is not honest enough. No smile and no good customer service. Deliberately put extra rm10 cash on my bank in bundle and the teller didn’t let me know that there are extra piece in it. I thought it was my mistake. Try again today with different teller, same things happen. Well, just what they’ve been practicing I guess. #experimentRM10

    On 3/03, I want to change the charges plan of debit card. At first, the counter guy said will call me back on that afternoon since the person in charge went to Friday prayer. Okay, I wait. But I didn’t receive any call. After this, I called the branch twice for the progress and the reply always the same: We will call you back on tomorrow. Why this can’t be solved within few min, even few hours? I have submit this issue to the HQ Maybank, the issue hasn’t been solved till today (14/03)!! I’m a worker and it is impossible for me to visit the branch again specially to ask the progress. Waste my petrol, time and phone charge!!!!!!
