Your Plumber broke the trap caps and let them fall in the main line. I made him retrieve one but the second one he said he push out the main line. He tried to clog my main line trap with the cap when he so called vacuumed my trap out, so he can come back to charge me for a in house line cleaning. I pulled out the cap myself. I spoke to the plumber who service me when my line back up after a week. He said if come out there he will have to charge me more for the in-house line cleaning. What a hustle, this guy has.
Cleaning 100 years of drain accumulation.
This review is in reference to RN49210A. Had a main drain clog. House is over 100 years old.That is a lot of accumulation. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do and they did it quickly. Had great pleasure watching the sludge and grime among other things wash away on their camera. The men were very friendly and weren’t annoyed with me with my many questions. Second time that we Used your company and both times the results were excetional.
