  This was my first time to Sport Clips and it was a great experience. Ana was wonderful and did an excellent job. The online check-in was easy and the time posted was pretty spot on. Since it was my first time I received the MVP treatment at no cost and it was great. everything was clean and the people very friendly.   Great service and the price is very reasonable for the services rendered. Love to be able to watch a game while waiting and in the chair.
  I also appreciate the app and the check in process utilizing the app. While I was there, there were several walk-ins who were frustrated at the wait time. I had gone to the app, found that I could arrive and get in the chair in about 2 hours. I was able to take care of several things around town and monitor the progress of my check in. Was also able to get my lunch before checking in.

  I have always had a great experience at Sport Clips Yakima Orchards. Today was great, Ashley was very nice. I always leave a tip for the Stylist that cuts my hair. Noticed the minimum tip is $7 on up! Or nothing! What happened to $5? I feel 5 is sufficient don’t you!

  The experience was great at first. I usually go to barbers because I have short hair, and while I was there it all seemed fine. They have massage chairs for when they wash your hair, the stylist was really nice and my haircut turned out awesome. It wasn’t until after I left that I realized that the shampoo they used made my hair smell moldy, and I had to wash it out three times before the smell went away. Then when I got the smell out, I dried my hair and saw tons of missed spots where it didn’t align with the rest of the cut. Luckily I was able to trim and fix it myself, but I probably won’t be going here again.

  Great experience! I had a pinched nerve effecting my neck, left shoulder and left arm. My hair was much too long, too. This was my first visit to Sportclips. The check-in requires online check-in so it was a bit of a turn off at first. But after signing up and a 15 minute wait I was in a chair. Zian was my stylist. She asked if I wanted the MVP upgrade at a discount because I was a new client, which includes a hair wash, hot towel on the face and head massage. My aching neck, shoulder and arm suggested I go for it. Zian cut my hair exactly as I wanted and the massage was the right pressure. It was a great experience. I will be back ! Thank you Zian.

  The absolute worst kind of people own this shop. Literally screamed and cussed out a pregnant lady and her family for simply using one parking spot in the front of their building. There is no markings saying not to park there. Disgusted to have witnessed such terrible that people live in our community let alone own a business in it.

  Beemer does an amazing job, never lets me down, always has time for me. Been going there for about 7 years me and my boys. Tony cuts my boys hair always satisfied.
