They saved our weekend, when our water heater bottom rusted out on a Friday afternoon. They came within 45 mins of me calling. Provided me options to replace, and ultimately replaced the damaged water heater with a new one, all within 3 hours of my call. They were super nice and explained everything to me and were just super friendly the whole time they were here. I have never had a problem with it for almost 30 years. So, I thought it was time for it to be replaced. Luckily it only needed to be ignited. The technicians explained different options for me in case there were future issues. I called around 10:30 am and scheduled a time for a tech on my schedule. I was told I would get a notification when tech was on the way. I told rep I got off work at 5 PM. 4:25PM received notification tech on the way from Bloomington. Arrived to my house minutes before I got there. Diagnosed the problem and had it taken care of in 30 min. Was extremely courteous and professional and made recommendations. The best part is I was charged a lot less than if I used a local plumber which has charged me more than Tiger did for just a fuel surcharge. This company is phenomenal, reasonably priced, extremely professional, and veteran owned! The bathrooms was already roughed in and it needs a little plumbing for connecting the shower base , toilet and vanity. Tiger services showed up on time. But quoted us a insane huge amount. We were perplexed by their quote. Wherein other plumbing companies quotes less than 1/4 of their price. The quote says, remove the existing bathroom tub, shower. There is nothing existing over there. I wanted to replace my furnace before it failed and get a new power humidifier. We called WM Masters for a second quote because we’ve had positive experiences with them in the past for plumbing. The price was significantly cheaper for the same quality product and service vs the competitor who gave us the first quote. WM Masters were able to get me scheduled quickly. Buster and Tanner did the install – they did a very professional install, were friendly, and left the work area and entryway neat and clean. Excellent service as usual.
From start to finish WM was amazing. Our 20 year old heater gave up the ghost. They were quick to come out, assess the situation, quote and schedule installation. Added bonus, they had our new system in stock!! Buster and Gage were awesome! Professional, polite and skilled. They were absolute pros with the installation!! I’d highly recommend WM and make sure to ask for Buster and Gage!
I had Wm. Masters to my home today to do maintenance on my furnace/heat pump. My technician was Sean Miller. Sean was WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough nice things about him! He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, informative, patient, thorough, detailed, nice, and all around fantastic! He is a wonderful asset to Wm. Masters and did a fantastic job! We replaced our furnace and ac upstairs in Fall of 2021 and then replaced our larger main level 12/22. Both times were a great experience. I don’t recall names of the first group of installers from 2021, but similarly, Buster, Gage and Zac provided fast and courteous work in very cold temps! Even with our sales process from Shawn- there was no pressure and good information for us to make a quick decision. We have used WM Masters since at least 2012 or earlier for annual maintenance and it is worth it!
