- Reviews:We used Conejo Valley Heating & Air to install our air conditioning unit. The price was comparable to others but they were thorough when they did the evaluation and didn’t try to up sell us on things we didn’t need. They worked with us on the price we could afford. Jessie’s crew did the installation and they were excellent. They were punctual, professional, and worked hard all day to complete the installation. They made sure everything was cleaned up after they were finished. They took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat and didn’t mind all the questions we asked. We purchased a house last year and are learning that a lot of things are not up to code from the past owners. Tony came out and quickly identified the problem with our sewage ejection pump. He differentially diagnosed what was wrong and walked us through understanding what repairs needed to be done. He was very clear and answered all of our questions. When he came to do the repairs, he was professional and went the extra mile making sure everything was working correctly. The very next morning the install team came out and did an excellent job getting my home warm again. Can’t say enough good things about this company and its crew! I have used Thousand Oaks Plumbing for many years because of their knowledge, expertise and excellent work ethic. This project involving Matthew and Fernando was was done quickly and well. I have had two major situations at my house, the first being a broken gas pipe and the second being that we had to replace and renew the drainage system outside.
Brian, who is a phenomenal diagnostician, was able to pinpoint where the problems were, and Henry and every single other person working here were professional, informative, and kind, and at the end of each project the cleanup was impeccable. I am extremely happy with the work that Thousand Oaks Plumbing has done at our home!
Our disposal had started leaking yesterday but they didn’t have anyone available to come out that day, and scheduled us for tomorrow. As soon as they got a cancellation, I got a call and had a service technician out within 30 minutes.
Brad came in, was super friendly, checked out the problem, explained immediately that the old unit was completely rusted out and we needed a new one. He quickly presented the options for replacement and the pros/cons of each. After selection he very quickly got to work and even went above and beyond to proactively get ahold of colleagues for additional services if needed.
While home/plumbing repairs are never as quick or inexpensive as we might like, I would gladly call Thousand Oaks plumbing for any necessary services in the future.
I needed the toilet tank seal replaced and Chris did a good job at replacing it. However, he first also wanted to replace the shutoff water line valve or the entire toilet. After he finished, he wanted to check the house water pressure and the hot water heater for a pressure overflow tank. Both were fine and in code, but the entire process seemed like an oversell. He kept wanting to sell me on additional work that I didn’t need. Hold on to your wallet with these guys.
