  2. Amazing customer service! Jill in dispatch worked her magic and got someone out to my house quickly even though they were very busy! Rob (the heating specialist) was not only knowledgeable but willing to do whatever it took to get me heat that day! He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that my furnace was up and running before he left. He was not only thorough but took the time to explain what the issues were and what steps were needed to repair them. Don’t hesitate to call Dan Wood Company, they definitely did a great job for me.

  3. Rich from Dan Wood was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, very capable and very pleasant to discuss all my questions with. The City required me to get a plumber to fix the pipe “union” with my water meter. I’m really glad I called Dan Wood to do the work. While Rich was here he also fixed both my seriously leaky toilets and gave me very helpful advice on three other plumbing questions. Women don’t always get treated respectfully by workmen, but Rich was great. I highly recommend Dan Wood!

  4. I had installed a rennati tankless water heater last year and had intermittent issues with full capacity hot water usage. I stopped by the Home Expo booth for Dan wood this year and requested that someone come out and certify my installation. Hunter showed up on time investigated and found the gas line was too small for the amount of output that was needed. Replaced the gas line that was 3/8 in with a full inch gas line and we were up and running within a couple hours at full capacity. Professional Service fantastic they brought the equipment and supplies to my house during his install and everything went smoothly prices are average with other plumbers but the skill set needed had to be used thank you Dan wood.

    I had a clogged drain issue that of course happened at night. I called Roto Rooter first thing in the morning and they were so kind and efficient over the phone while scheduling my appointment. They gave me a two hour window within just a couple of hours and wound up being able to come early. Thomas was my technician, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently while explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He was able to detect my clog and get it cleared within an hour. He checked to make sure everything drained properly throughout my house. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend.

    Was in need of hot water, my hot water heater had gone bad 2 days prior. Had an appointment with Service Pros, apparently, they had scheduled my appointment for an HVAC and I needed a plumber. They would not schedule an appointment for me that day, to make up for their error, so I contacted Roto Rooter! They were so kind, so accommodating! No problem to come out this evening! I was blown away by their customer service! Michelle was great! Dispatched my tech minutes later… he was there within the hour! He immediately assessed the issue, gave me my options….he had a new hot water heater in his truck. He said no problem, let’s get this taken care of! Tom was amazing! Right to work, told me exactly what was going on! Finished and cleaned up in a couple of hours! Kind and professional until he left! I am so impressed! I will use them for all of my issues!     We live in South Haven and during a snow storm we had a terrible clog that backed up all of our sinks late Fri night. We couldn’t use any water or flush the toilet, so at 12:30am my family, including the dog had to go to a hotel for the night. I called Roto Rooter Sat morning at 9am and they had a tech to our home by 11am! Bobby was awesome! He took the time to determine the exact cause, the location of the clog and explained every step of the way. He offered us different options while providing his advice without forcing our decision. He was here for 2 hrs and cleared the clog and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and courteous. Our dog welcomed him into our home, and she’s a good judge of character 🙂 Thank you so much Bobby for your hard work!! We will request you for any future issues, you’re always welcome in our home.

    We were having trouble getting enough hot water in the shower and we were able to have someone come out the same day we called. Robert was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He was great! Friendly, professional, fun to work with, and able to answer any questions. Also was able to get the old water heater out of the basement on the same appointment. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Carl and Cody did an outstanding job! They reviewed the home and vents in order to provide an estimate of costs for no surprises at the end. They applied a couple discounts which were greatly appreciated!. They discussed their monthly service process but didn’t push it. They worked really well as a team!     Steve evaluated all electrical in my new home. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Explained everything so well. He was also there when I was updating my home to sell a year and and half ago . It was nice to see him again and I knew I was getting professional care.     Tanner came out today and angered our main line. Great service all around. He was polite, professional, informative and personable. After many years of using “another rooting” company, these guys have earned my buisness going forward. My last experience with “the other company” left me less than satisfied, and my house a mess. I had heard of service professor, I think from a billboard, and figured I would give them a go. Today they minded to the smaller details that really make the difference. Like protecting the floor, and covering their wheels on the machine so that mud and snow are not tracked all over the carpet(which their competitor did not do) in my experience a quality job is all about the details, and these guys nailed it. Thanks Tanner, we really appreciate your work, professionalism, and personality.

    Carl and Morgan were terrific and very friendly! First time homeowners (first time getting ducts cleaned). They were very knowledgeable and not only answered all our questions but explained the process in great detail. We have 2 cats and they were very helpful with us “containing” them and making sure they were in a safe room the whole time. Extra thankful they mentioned cleaning the dryer vent as well. Not sure if/when it was cleaned before and it sure needed it. 10/10 would recommend to any other homeowner (already recommended them to a friend).

    Tanner, Victor, John, and Eric have been amazing. They are honest, care about their clients, and do a great job, and fix it quickly. They are great! Highly recommended for plumbing anything, no matter how bad the plumbing is. They worked with me and it was like we knew eachother prior(first time meeting each of them). They did not just do a temporary fix, they did permanent fixes and provided me with a detailed report that I could understand and walked me through step by step what they were doing!
