  1. Kostas and Richard came out first thing in the morning to fix two leaking hot water heaters. They replaced the old tanks with gorgeous tankless heaters. The men were kind, courteous, and professional, and they did a fabulous job with our new install! When they cleaned up, there wasn’t a single thing left behind. They are AWESOME!   3. Mike came out to service my toilet that wasn’t working properly. He was knowledgeable, and he did the job quickly, and helped me price things out so it was also cost effective as well! I highly recommend Zest, and they were one of the only companies that offered to come out and provide a “free” estimate. It’s nice that there’s great companies that are still in existence. I will definitely be using them in the future if I need plumbing services!

  4. Our kitchen drain started to clogged since last week so we called Zest. Steve and Cody came out this morning on time. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and they did a great job with the drain cleaning! The price is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended! Your guys are THE BEST!

  5. We are so thankful that Dalton from
    Zest showed up to our house within 30 minutes of calling! It wasn’t an emergency but our water heater had been leaking and we wanted it fixed before Christmas.

    We had called and received quotes from other plumbers the night before and most of them were $1800-1900 and weren’t sure if we could get it done before Christmas! Zest was a bit higher with their quote but discounted to be competitive and we accepted since the water heater was already on their truck and ready to install.

    Dalton was super helpful and never was pushy with sales, he even tested our water softener since we were wondering how it was functioning. He worked quickly and did a better job than previous owner’s plumber with installation. We were very happy to have our issue quickly resolved within hours and would definitely recommend. Here’s to hoping this RUUD will last longer! 🤞🏼

    Josh, the service tech, was very knowledgeable, kind and explained everything what he was about to do to get the clog out of my drain pipe! This was not his first rodeo as I could tell he was very dextrous and very competent. He finished in a short time and I was very very satisfied.     A simple DIY attempt to replace my corroded outdoor spigot turned into a complete debacle without water all weekend. Another company quoted me an outrageous price claiming they needed to replace the entire outdoor system. I knew that was BS. I should have called Roto-Rooter in the first place. Our service representative, Junn, was upfront with the cost and knew exactly what was needed without tacking on unnecessary repairs. He gave me a tutorial during the repair, walking me through step-by-step. Personable, professional, and honest. Now, I can turn my water back on and finally take a shower! My family and neighbors thank you!

    Called for toilet repair (leaking wax ring) not expecting same-day availability – but a plumber was available right away. Junn was polite, kind, efficient, explained everything he needed to do for the repair plus pricing, and told us how to keep things in good working order (we have old pipes and plumbing so needed the guidance). He was done with the work and on his way within an hour of arrival. Will definitely use them again for plumbing.

    We hired Merit Plumbing to install a new water softener system, under sink RO water filtration and a new gas hot water heater. After getting several quotes, we chose Merit due to the tech, Donnie, solutions. The were the only company to offer to run softener’s loop lines under our front sidewalk. Every other company said the lines needed to be run overhead, which would have required us to paint them. Additionally they rebuilt front PRV and spigot. We greatly appreciated the way they cleaned up each day. It was like they were never there. I can’t recommend Merit Plumbing highly enough.

    A couple of years ago Merit diagnosed and repaired our sewer drainage problems very quickly and professionally. We then had them line our pipes, which was also completed very efficiently and professionally. In February, 2023, we had another plumbing backup issue, so we again called Merit and they promptly responded and diagnosed the problem. Chris and Mike are very professional, fair and honest to work with. Merit did not charge us for the recent problem, because it was related to the previous issue. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I had Merit replace a recirculation pump about 18 months ago on one water heater I own and they did acceptable work then. The pump on a second water heater was having issues so I called them again. On the first visit, the technician turned the power off and turned it back on and said it should be fixed. It cost $185 for him to be at my home for 15 min. Of course, it didn’t fix the problem. So, I called them back the next day and he said, “Yeah, the pump failed.” I asked if he really thought that it failed overnight and he said yes. He said they would order a new pump and come back to replace it. After not hearing from them for two weeks, I called and the person in the office acknowledged that they never ordered the pump. Yet, they have sent me several emails asking for online reviews and recommendations. So, I am providing the review as requested …
