  1. Very impressed and pleased with the work Brian M did. On time, very professional, fixed our problem very quickly and did an awesome job. We originally thought we would need to replace a shower valve and have to cut into tile and cost a whole lot, Brian found what the problem was and fixed the part rather than replacing it within minutes for a fraction of the cost. Will use Mr.Rooter for any other plumbing needs and shout out to Brian once again!

  2. The young man who came was very pleasant and informative. He was fast and explained well what he was going to do. He kept the area where he was working very clean. In a joking way I told him I didn’t want to see him again but if needed I would definitely would call Mr. Rooter to do the job.

  3. Mr Rooter came to my house and ran a camera through my sewer line, after I had already payed another company to do it. After being completely miss lead by this other company, Mr. Rooter showed me exactly what was going on. We didn’t repair at the time, but I completely plan on calling Mr. Rooter when the time comes. I highly recommend them to everyone. Very trustworthy and thorough. Nothing but good to say.

  4. I’ve used their services twice now. First was due to a pipe burst on Christmas Eve, 2021. I was impressed with their service the first time, I had to call them again for a drainage issue. The plumber named Brain, came out and was able to assess my issue. He broke down the process on what I was expecting and what he could provide with his services. When it came to pricing he was straightforward as well. Another thing I consider over the top, is leaving a workspace cleaner than you got to it. I consider that taking pride in one’s work and respect this the most. Thank you, Brian!

  5. Mr Rooter came within 24 hrs of calling. The Sally was polite on the phone and communicated well about the process. Jeremy showed up within the time frame we were told. He was amazing working to keep costs down without damaging our walls or floor. (Whomever put in the drains/ clean outs didn’t think things through- poor placement. He provided information about the process and options for the future if we continued to have issues. He was kind, virtuous, and considerate of leaving the area clean before he left. I highly recommend Jeremy and will ask for him again if we need assistance.

    I had my water heater start leaking in the middle of the night—called these guys first thing in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment that day (and actually were able to show up even earlier). They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and recommended a replacement, which I knew was definitely due. They gave me my replacement options (very reasonably priced) and even contacted an electrician to see if my panel would support a tankless heater. When it was all said and done, they had swapped out my water heater extremely quickly and professionally. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to explain anything to me or answer any questions I had. It was apparent to me that this is a very well ran family business and its employees care. Highly recommend this company, they were great!

    Have used this family-owned company in the past for plumbing leak, garbage disposal install and toilet install. Jeff did that work had a good experience and he did excellent job. His son Jake installed water heater last month and toilet this week. Did a good job successfully. The guys were professional, personable and patient with my questions. Tracy in the office is friendly and efficient with scheduling. Highly recommend

    I was very satisfied with the job that Chris did. he was extremely knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns. The last company that came out and did the kitchen sink the guy was in and out within 10 minutes and didn’t do it the same way Chris did it.     We called to schedule a diagnostic visit to see what the issue was with a clogged drain in out kitchen sink/garbage disposal/dishwasher area. The issue was determined and scheduled for service quickly. Waylen returned to fix the issue shortly after diagnosis and completed all work without extra charges. We will be using this business for our plumbing needs for years to come and appreciate the straightforward company that doesn’t charge unnecessary fees.

    Picked up irrigation supplies today. Really a first besides a few sprinkler heads I replaced over the years.     Terrible customer service, I know showing you at closing is bad, but if your hours are until 1 pm and you lock your doors at 12:55 pm, then just change your hours. Rude and and disrespectful. If you don’t like your hours and want to leave early then find another job. These employees are ridiculous. Never been to s store that doesn’t want to help their customers more than anyone else. This was the irrigation side, the guy just shrugged his shoulders and yelled “Were closed”. Should just be closed on Saturdays.

    Went into the store today with no one in there. They told me I couldn’t look at there show room floor with lights today. I had to make an appointment in order to walk through to look at the show room floor. Won’t be giving my business to them. Poor customers skills.
