  1. I started going to Dr. Carter a few months ago and I’m so pleased with the results. I haven’t felt this much relief in quite some time. What I appreciate the most about my experience with Dr. Carter is his attentiveness. He’s the third chiropractor I’ve seen & the first to give such a thorough examination & 1:1 attention that didn’t feel rushed. The environment is always clean & serene; like a spa. There’s soft music & massage chair. Most importantly, he helps you to understand your body. I highly recommend

  2. I started seeing Dr. Ruben, when I moved down here this summer. For almost 6 years I’ve been dealing intense stiffening pain in my upper back/shoulder area, sacrum area due to an accumulation of intense amounts of stress and poor health. I see him on a weekly basis for readjustments, along with some basic coaching on how to better take care of my spinal alignment/health. His service to patients truly comes from a place of sincerity, and takes his time with his assessments of any issues you may be having. He truly is a gem to the NOLA medical community. I highly recommend!

  3. My best care experience thus far. Dr. Rueben is great with explaining your treatment plan from what it needs to look like to what you can expect to feel. I went in with extreme lower back pain and have felt a tremendous difference since. I am a lot more in tune with my body and its alignment. Grateful!

  5. I recently had some lower back pain and decided to try a chiropractor for the first time. Dr Carter worked with me for several weeks addressing the pain and then working on my strength and flexibility. My pain is almost completely gone and I can feel how much my flexibility has improved. Dr Carter took the time to explain everything to me and discuss ongoing options for me. 100% recommend.

    I was referred to Dr. Russo by a friend because I needed serious chiropractic care. I drove from California to New Orleans for three days to take care of my mother, who was struggling with her health. The stress from the trip, plus day-to-day activities to care for an older parent had exacerbated my herniated discs.

    From my very first visit, I knew Dr. Russo was the right medical provider for me. He had reviewed my medical history ahead of time, discussed in depth treatment for the two months I’d be staying in New Orleans and we got into treating my back & neck without wasting any time.

    My back and neck went from feeling pain and discomfort to 100% relief. I literally saw the difference in a few sessions (greater range of motion & minimal discomfort), and overall I was happy with the results.

    I felt like I had returned to California as a brand new woman! Next time I’m town, I know who will be taking care of my chiropractic needs.

    Dr. Russo is the best!
    I came in with really intense low back pain and his adjustments and exercise recommendations had me walking again in a few visits.
    I’ve also been going to chiropractors for 15 years and in the few weeks that I’ve known Dr Russo he has also done more for my neck and shoulders than all of the others.
    Dr Russo’s treatments are a lifesaver!

    I’ve seen other chiropractors and Dr. Ryan has proven to be the most attentive and caring doctor I have seen. He provides a realistic approach to his care, he focuses on the whole body and not just what is hurting. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. I cannot recommend him enough.

    My experience with Dr. Russo has been great. In the first visit he spent time asking questions to get an understanding of my daily activities. He has helped me to adjust how I perform routine activities to take strain off of my lower back. After three visits my lower back pain was gone. I now get adjusted every few weeks, and continue to learn from Dr. Russo how to minimize back strain.

    having just moved to new orleans from london uk, i took the recommendation of my uptown art installer for a chiropractor. to my disappointment dr archer’s office was nothing but disappointing. though his reception staff seems capable, they quickly usher clients to a back room that is overrun with patients awaiting service. while some are placed onto public massage tables, four clients deep, others are relegated to a row of chairs in a bathroom hallway and left to sit, and wait, and pace, and tap fingers until near an hour has gone by and one still has not been seen by the doctor. no “sorry we are running late`’ no `’apologies for the wait`’ no `’ the doctor will see you soon`’. NOTHING. i feel i am always very aware that every person’s time has value, which is why i show up on time and ready for my appointments. but what about the value of we, the client’s time. MY TIME HAS VALUE. i sat 50 minutes past my appointment time, waiting to see the doctor and not once did anyone, including dr archer ( who walked past me and ignored me several times) address my extraordinary wait. i’ve no idea how there are so many positive reviews as there were several other patients waiting as long as myself. i suppose people in new orleans perhaps view it as “nola time” when service is unacceptable and schedules run quite late, but i find that a lazy excuse, especially in the medical field. shame on you for having so little regard for your clients. i will not be returning and i will definitely be letting friends and neighbours know not to support dr archer’s practice.

    Dr. Archer provides chiro, physical therapy, massage, and a few other things, making it easy to get your body maintenance done in one place. The staff is super friendly and Ms. Abigail is one of the sweetest people.

    After moving here from the UK, I was hesitant about finding a new chiropractor. I didn’t need to worry. Dr Archer is amazing. Put my mind and body at ease very quickly. I would highly recommend him and his team. The whole process from check in to treatment was seamless. Great after care as well. Gave great advice on how to manage my neck complaint.

    Front desk guy was very nice thank you for that. I got a massage that was ok, i asked for some deeper stuff but they did not proceed to do that. Immediately after leaving I’m itchy. I get home and realize I have some kind of bug bites all over my back and a few on my legs. Those were not there when I arrived at the massage my back was clear of any bumps or bites. Something in the massage bed Some kind of mite. They said no one else got bites when I called to inform them. I think whoever was before me had mites and the sheets were not changed because we were back to back booked and the massager even asked if I’d like the heat on the bed still, he hadn’t turned it off since the last person left, leaving no time to clean between patients. All I know is I did not have these bites on my back when entering the room and I had them immediately after, I’m covered in bites now. My clothes were on a stool maybe some bugs on the stool? Anyhow I definitely got bug bites from this place. Better not be spreading into my home now! Going to the doctor now because the itch is unbearable and the office denies anyone else had complaints and said they’d call me back and still have not called me back. It’s disgusting.

    Dr. Archer was great with both my boys! My oldest who is 12 had a neck issue and the treatment provided has helped him get better and he has now returned to playing sports. My 8 year old had some leg/ankle pain and after two visits, he is back to bouncing off the walls. The facility is clean and staff provided excellent customer service as well. Thanks for all your help.
