  1. Love this store and TJ Maxx is right next door! I can stay in this shopping mall all day lol. Love how they have everything from clothes, to beauty, alot of beauty, even giant bags of candy for $5 for my son! I actually didn’t even buy any clothes this time lol I went in for face wash and a blow-dryer which I got at a steal! Thanks Ross. They always friendly here too. And the staff is always busy because it’s such a big store but they really do keep their composure! I would struggle in the same situation not going to lie because of the volume and also uptown location causes more issues. But the staff know how to take care of this store! Proud of you ladies i mean it!

  2. I often shop for it. It is good and reasonable in price for low-income people. I advise you to visit it. There are many suitable things, especially women’s clothing.

  3. I went to this location and saw at least 4 female employees and a male security guard. I asked to see jewelry and the two females there discussed it and told me I had to wait in the line. The line was long and of the 6 registers and 2 exchange/ return stations they only had 1 of each open. However, for a while the female at the 1 register left to go to the back for I presume to be a restroom break but only after smiling and talking with someone. This meant the cashier at the return/ exchange station took on both her line and the main line, meaning we’re down to 1 line for everything. My mother walks with a cane and really was kinda stressed from this entire encounter. The cashier rang up items then asked if we wanted to pay for that before we viewed the jewelry, I said no! She showed us the jewelry, then rang us open and wouldn’t even reach over to give us the receipt! It was actually a half star experience.

  4. I came here from SC and I am OBSESSED with everything in here as a 13 yr old! I found pants $40 cheaper than what I’ve could of payed for on SHEIN website. Also I love there is different type of styles here. I’m in love with these pants,shirts, and belts I got from here. Tysm!

  5. I shopped at Ross yesterday and they had such a nice selection of great items. I found everything that I was looking for. I’m so happy with my purchases and I went home a happy camper.I would recommend Ross trip anyone.

    The first time I visited the staff was very friendly. The older male security guard even helped me to my car with my items. I loved the customer service. Now everytime I go back the employees are too busy talking with eachother and the security guards are always on their phones. I get it times have changed but when a cashier completely walks away from his register to take a personal call….why are you even in the customer service industry?

    This store has some good deals at times. But the line to check out has like 30 people n one cashier… have 2 girls standing around playing with coat hangers instead of ringing up people in line..I only go now once in awhile. Not worth the trouble. When again today August 21. Got some cheap steak knifes. Saving for Germany steel knifes the best . update December 4th. No long lines. Thought I was dreaming. Lol got 2 dresses.

    Each time I enter the department store you are greeted and secondly, I know what I am going to purchase and can walk tight to that department. It reminds me of Woolco where you can find anything. Very pleased, Gwen🙏🏼
