Went there to survey flowers for a wedding. But I’m not sure if it’s merely the personality but I felt highly unwelcome and the staff that attended me sounded so unfriendly. Didn’t take too long for me to decide to walk out from the shop and find other flower shops with better customer service. Hope they will improve in the future.
Very reasonable price and has good customer service and follow up for my order when I ordered a bouquet for my friend in Malaysia. Will definitely recommend to others
Very very bad experience here. I’ve sent them a picture of the designs, colours that I wanted for my bouquet, they said they can do it but eventually came out with totally different things! The colour of the flowers are really terrible, is not like what I expected, and the designs look cheap af meanwhile the price they set still higher around 10-20 bucks compared to other florist stores. Seller should really improve her taste and sense of beauty, because the outcome of the product is really unacceptable. At last decided don’t want the flowers already and only refunded 50%. Do you know that you have ruined a person’s effort to send the flowers to his/her loves one on such important day? Please don’t accept the order if you can’t fulfill your customer requirements. Really not recommend everyone to purchase from this place, if u want to receive a prettier and nicer flower bouquet.
Had the privilege of using their services to deliver a wreath to Taman Wira, Alor Setar on 12th October 2022. The item was delivered timely as promised and as per the selected design and arrangement.
Excellent service and certainly worthy of a 5 star rating.
