Good place for work out.. got different level of customer, beginner to pros.. mix around gain knowledge.. zumba available, fitness, open roof gym and not forgotten.. muay thai or kickboxing something on level 3.. spacious place, a lot of equipment.. needs to maintain a bit on equipment.. membership at par but u gain extra facilities.. maintain equipment and I’ll give another 🌟

  3. Loads of equipment. Almost 4 cable sets. 2 floors. Has Zumba, CrossFit and boxing section. Something for everyone. Love it here. Walk in rate of RM 8 even during peak hour (8.30pm)

  4. My first day back in the gym impressed with the equipment and layout of the gym.
    Taking it easy for the first few day’s.
    Friendly staff might get a personal trainer in a week or two.

  5. Big big gym with half broken equipment. But consider it acceptable for the price. Don’t really take care of hygiene . Enter at your own risk

    Lot of people in the morning side..like a concert..on evening side just moderate people come to fit their self..at evening and night..mini stadium regularly used for training or football match..nice place

    Great badminton court and training center. Ease of parking and nearby gym and small food court. The Sports Center also sells plenty variety of badminton accessories and provide repairing service.

    Good service in court booking and schedule handling for the customers . Friendly staff and got a lot of badminton equipment in the shop . Also have mini cafe for those who finished doing sport to chill and cool down there .
