  I highly recommend no one use this pharmacy. The pharmacist & tech(s) are not educated enough to perform a simple task of submitting insurance for prescriptions, which I would think should be an easy task for them. After 2 trips (one of which lasted an 1hr and 20 min) and 5 phone calls, I had my prescription transferred to another pharmacy…where the matter was resolved in a matter of minutes. They really need to revamp their practice and put their employees through some extensive training.

  This Walmart has everything pretty much stock, store is clean, everytime I went in it was not crowded. Needed help looking for something and but I also needed help looking for somebody to help me. I got a cake and asked the person behind bakery counter if she could write happy birthday on it and she tells me they don’t do anything that which sucked.

  Moldy beef jerky, I found this on the sales floor today. I also will never buy liquor here again. It’s so hard to find a sale associate to open the case. I once waited for an hour and was sitting on the floor. The employees kept telling me someone was coming.

  Really enjoy having a small Walmart nearby that’s only 5 minutes away. The store is easy to navigate where getting to the milk isle is not only a straight shot from the front doors but fast. I like that it has smaller buggies for those who are light shoppers and for the aged. The main problems I have witnessed is not having enough of the smaller buggies and parking is becoming difficult to find; the growing number of local patrons are outgrowing the parking spaces. 812 Belleau Wood Blvd., Alexandria, LA

  This is one of the better Walmarts in the area.

  Pros:
  The store is clean
  Its a good size with a nice variety
  Self check outs
  Parking lot has good amount of parking

  Cons:
  Check expiration dates
  ⭐️Check to make sure its not moldy⭐️
  Pallets on floor block some shelving
  Parking lot has lots of congested areas

  Employees need to be more visible and pay attention to customers. There are hardly any employees in departments when you need them. Even if you find employees, they are too busy gossiping to help. They act put out when customers ask for service. Just do the job you are paid to do, and to do it with a smile wouldn’t hurt.

  Stock is good, although since the new layout, the selection isn’t as good as it used to be.

  Bathrooms are mostly clean, but most of the locks or toilets are broke or don’t work. Need more wheelchair accessible stalls. Keep the paper towels stocked. Nobody likes using those germ-producing hand blowers. Those are just nasty.

  Started out with no buggies at the main entrance, so I had to go and get my own from the parking lot. Liquor was on my list for the day so when I got to the liquor department, of course all of the liquor cabinets were locked. I asked an associate standing there for help and she said she would call the manager. Nothing for several minutes. I called customer service and asked for someone to come and open the liquor cabinet. I heard them call for an associate to come help me but no one showed up. I asked another associate that happened to walk by and she said she would go get someone – nothing. Three more calls to the customer service number and didn’t even get an answer. Twelve minutes waiting and still no liquor

  My order was not ready I had to re sch to pick the nexts day. I feel you over sch. Pick up and even though I’m retired and would have done a better job sch with pen and paper I’m smart enough to know my inconvenience is on you. This day and age the computer will do the work for you fix the program or have some one monitor the one you have i think you call that good cust. Service.

  Cashier was so rude that she made my girlfriend cry. The Chinese lady not only embarrassed my girlfriend. She lied to her and ended up stealing money from her as well. Go to target and do not use these criminals anymore. That woman should be fired

  Love going here to sh and just look around so far all staff are helpful and pleasant to talk with which is nice because some places here in the boot people can be a holes but that’s life anyway I drive 40 miles one way just to shop here maybe that’ll tell u something.

  I love Walmart pick up. The curbside people are always so nice!! No complaints with them.

  I do get frustrated that items I pick they will say out of stock. Then I get out of my car walk in and find 20 on the shelf.

  I do not like the updates to the app. They keep changing things making them worse. I don’t like that I have to spend extra time, choosing a substitute, or just risk not getting it. When I want a 1.97 item. Then end up having a substitute that’s 15.00. That’s not ok.

  The process of choosing the subs is tedious. Find a way to let us do all of them at once.

  I entered the store in an effort to complete an exchange. I went to customer service where an employee was checking out. I am disabled and it was necessary to hold onto the countertop. The employee who was checking out was rude stating I was invading her space, I tried to explain to the employee that it was not intentional and produced my handicap license. She remained rude as well as the employee who was checking her out. The employee who was taking care of my exchange was unable to assist me stating her system was acting up and I would have to go to the money center. A woman was in there who was offered an exchange, which I was asking for. She was taken care of without paperwork. When I stepped up, the employee was the same one who was rude to me in customer service. She stated her. Register was down and I needed to come back in 30 minutes while they rebooted the system. I decided to wait and was squatting because I was not hurting. The employee walked out of the money center and turned the lights off behind her. My return would have been an even exchange. I felt discouraged, belittled and was disappointed with the entire incident.

  Around September time, me and my children were checking out our items. And while we were checking out, the cashier got jumped. This had startled me and my small little family. The cashier was checking us out as two girls came from behind, and pulled her down. As they pulled her down her wig came up from the scalp. which was very shocking.(she should’ve used better wig glue) when this started to happen my 13 year old son got pushed to the side, by another member of the gang, just so she can record. I was very furious that she put her hands on my son! My son, and oldest daughter were very distraught as to what was happening. I was so scared for my life. And when they left, then the cashier went to the back, and our vegetable oil was all dented up, and we still got charged for it.. My son was a helping hand at picking her wing up, and getting her ear piece to a co-worker. I would not recommend going to this location, this had most likely happened multiple times. DONT GO!!

  This place is so much nicer than other stores. Many people like to compare this store to other stores that can just not compare. People like to complain about how “bad” Walmart is but you’ll see them shopping in the store the very next day. You can say what you want about Walmart but you can’t deny its a super reliable store that you will always use if you had to. You will almost always find yourself searching for something in that store, not in the other ones. And their staff are always friendly and help you with anything you need. Even in case they don’t have something you need, they always try to suggest a similar product. You can also always find them in the store, which makes shopping a whole lot easier. Their check outs go by so much faster than other stores. And self check out does too.

  Worst Pharmacy & Pharmacist in Alexandria. Had a 5:20 & 5:40 appointment time for a flu shot. At 6:15, still had not received either flu shot. The pharmacist ignored us and was extremely rude. He served 2 others that came well after us before we finally left. Most unprofessional pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. Probably best we didn’t get the flu shot, I don’t think this pharmacist was competent enough to do it correctly.
