  1. We had a blockage in our main sewer line at our home. The Dayton branch sent out their service technician Ethan within 24hr. He was polite courteous and very thorough. He communicated his process throughout clearly. Ethan cleaned the heavy scale beneath the stack and removed the soft clog in the line. We agreed to have a secondary camera crew come in to scope for damage, knowing we were dealing with cast and clay tile. The second crew showed up and once Ethan got them up to speed, they ran their camera confirming the blockage was gone. They then gave us a quote to fix our 4″ main sewer line in the problematic area. Ethan was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. The camera guys Joe and Michael were equally impressive. All three took pride in their work, passionate, great communication, and were considerate of our home. Speaking from 17 years as a business owner, These three guys are the type of employee that a business seeks to represent their company/brand. 5 STAR all around!!!

  3. Outstanding service from the initial plumber to the remediation crew. The plumber was on-site within an hour and started work. He even did the initial coordination with my insurance company.

    Phil and Mack came in and immediately put us at ease about the clean-up. Then they followed up keeping their word.
    The only thing I’ve had to do is make the phone call.
    Highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

  4. We had a main sewer line backup today and my brother in law rented some equipment to try to fix it but just couldn’t. We had both our toilets pulled up, our water shut off, and everything was chaos. So I called Roto Rooter and they came out within 2 hours. Our technician Noah had it fixed within another 2 hours and was professional and kind. He even helped us put our shower doors back on which wasn’t in his job description but we definitely appreciated the help. Our final cost was definitely fair and they didn’t charge us an outrageous fee for being a Sunday evening. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

  5. Price is the same no matter when the appointment is / there isn’t an after-hours or weekend surcharge which is nice. They missed the first appointment window on a Friday night and didn’t communicate well; I had to call more than once to ask for an update, just to see if I should still expect a visit. The next morning was much better, I recieved more proactive communication about my visit. The issue was a simple sink clog far enough back that my home tools didn’t do the trick. It took our technician just a few minutes to widen the hold in my sink drain with a drill then use a motorized drain snake to clear the clog out. I don’t know how the pricing breaks down, so it felt like a lot of money ($375 with a $75 off coupon) for very little time but I failed to unclog it myself and the service does come with a six month warranty.

    Arrived from work and my basement had 3 inches of water I looked up plumbing company’s that provided emergency services and Benjamin Franklin plumbing company was here in 15 minutes after the emergency repairs I am having a new water heater and water softener installed the plumber also showed me that some of the plumbing was not up to code the issue could have caused a house fire I just bought the house and obviously the house inspector did not catch the issue I am very happy with the company and they also gave a great discount since I am a vet and the water heater is made here in the USA tomorrow the work begins

    We will be using Brandon to do our plumbing pipe repair for the bathroom after the Holiday. We had to get the money first. Well Brandon came back out today to fix everything for us. We couldn’t ask for a better person to do the job. I told Brandon he will be the one we have do are plumbing issues for now on. He was great with our 3year old Granddaughter.     New water heater install ($2k) today – the tank had a large dent on the top that we were only told about after the install was completed, leaving no option to rectify. No discount was offered. As you can see from the photos, the brand new tank installed was not cleaned of dirt and debris from the install. Solder drips were left uncleaned on the floor in the utility room, as well as on the concrete of our back porch. Technician was the most unprofessional contractor we have encountered.

    I had a pipe in the basement that was leaking right at the level of the floor. The technician made a small hole in the floor, fixed the leak, and patched up the hole with minimal mess. He took the time to explain what he was doing, the forethought for future needs, and found an additional leak from my kitchen that was well hidden in the subfloor/wall area between floors against the outer wall. He was kind, professional, and worked with my schedule to make everything as stress-free as possible.
