  4. We had a water emergency in our basement – with over a foot of standing water due to a sump pump failure and sewage backup. The Roto Rooter team was amazing from start to finish – from the initial inspector (Andre) to the water removal and cleanup crew (Rob and co.) and they were on top of every aspect of the initial removal and remediation. They also engaged seamlessly with my insurance company and provided extensive pictures and documentation. Can’t say enough about the amazing job they did.

  5. First of all, a tech was here within 2 hours of my call which is unheard of. I needed old fixtures removed from master bath which involved cutting a hole in my laundry room wall. This was done perfectly with sheet rock reattached to the wall..very clean cut
    .i am so appreciative of the care taken through the entire process. The tech, Elvis, was supetb in all facets of the job. Thank you so very much!!

    This is my third time using the services of Mr. Plumber. The whole staff is very friendly. Calling the main number is guaranteed that you will speak to someone who is friendly and understanding. Rich, the plumber, is fantastic. He has been in my house before to unclog my bathtub and the sewer trap. He took the time to educate me on what signs to look for that will indicate it is time to replace the pipes. It is because of him I potentially saved a lot of money on water damage. He came to replace a main pipe that had visible corrosion and it turned out that part of the pipe behind the wall had huge hole!!!!! I am so happy to have gotten ahead of a potential disaster. Rich is personable, professional and smart. I would highly recommend Mr.Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing services.

    Joe came to my house for the 4th time he was on time. Took his time explaining everything and did an excellent job of fixing our many issues we’ve had. His prices are extremely reasonable he also cleaned up everything after he was finished. He is the best plumber I’ve come across in this area. I appreciate the promptness from the initial intake via email to site visit for diagnosis (Curtis) and finally having the work completed (Wayne). I had my dishwasher line and 3 valves replaced.

    Field Supervisor., Andrew, arrived with crew; coordinated the tasks at hand for Local Law 152 remediation. The plumber, Brian and assistant Chris, were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They worked tirelessly all day and were outstanding. Simply put, they did an amazing job! I would recommend Taylor Group Plumbing to everyone I know in need of any plumbing services. As I would certainly use them for my future plumbing needs.

    Called then for my boiler. Technician came and said I need an entirely new boiler had a second technician come out and the guy tells me all I need is maintenance the boiler only needed cleaning. Taylor estimate was $11,500. The other technician charged $1000 for the maintenance re mounting and some other stuff that needed to be done. Beware with them and always get a second and third opinion. Update: So I spoke with Denise from this company and I can say that after a good and productive conversation with her, I feel the matter was satisfactorily resolved. She said she would be committed to making sure that a full refund for the technician going over to the house was given in the amount of $234.08. Also that the technician would be retained in this matter, because it’s their company policy to give their customer at least 3 options. So Denise at the very least is a 5 Star in this company.

    I reached out about a problem with a sink pipe. I wanted to know about your process. The woman was very nice and immediately offered a no fee site visit the next day. I never asked for that but I thought it was nice that she offered. Still, she never went over the process and just assumed that I wanted no fee. Needless to say, I was called into work the next day and called her back very early to reschedule. She seemed annoyed and said she would add me to a list but did not know when I could be rescheduled for a no fee visit. Again, I never asked for a no fee and would have paid if that was required. This was weeks ago and I never heard back and instead got this request for feedback as though the job was completed. I have been completely surprised by my experience given your great reviews. This is just bad business. I could have referred many others. Needless to say, I went with another plumber but I thought I would share this feedback since this is clearly not aligned with the mission on the website.
