  1. This was an awesome experience from onset to exit. The person who took my call was cordial and assured me I would receive assistance even though it was after hours. The tech arrived on time as promised and was the epitome of professionalism. He was skillful and information about my problem seemed to come from him effortlessly. What impressed me most was that he came across as if it were his pleasure to help me and not just his job. Please see that this tech gets recognition for a job well done. He thanked me in closing and encouraged me to call again should I have any problems.

  2. The work done seems very good. Nice guy but struggled to go up and down the stairs, made me feel bad for him. He was extremely courteous.
    I was very glad to get this repair done today, just a couple of hours after I first called.
    Do wish your prices were a little lower and I would call you guys more often.

  3. There are not enough words to praise the professional job of Jarvis and Maurice (Marcus) with the water restoration process from a frozen pipe burst! They arrived immediately and within moments answered every question I had and made me feel validated. They had my carpets, walls and floorboards ripped out and removed everything leaving no trace of debris anywhere. Machines were left to dry out and they returned as promised several days later to check the room and remove their equipment. I was very impressed with both of these men and Roto-Rooter should be proud of their representation of the company! Hopefully I won’t have to use their services again but would not hesitate to refer them!

  4. Jeremy was extremely professional, courteous, and fair when he came to clean out our ancient shower pipes and repair our drain. Our shower is rull old and problematic and Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem, presented multiple courses of action, and made us a terrific deal. Great service, super friendly guy, and he was especially clean when coming in and out of the home, which is above and beyond in my opinion. We’ve had a ton of plumbers for this particular issue and Jeremy was the best we have dealt with by far. Highly recommended!

  5. I gave this company a two. Not because of the service but because of the false advertising. I was told I had 6 months warranty. However, that is not the case. I called them because my sink stopped back up. I was informed this would be my last free service. How is this my last service when this is my first call since I had the initial service. The warranty should be updated with specifications that only one house call within a 6 month period will be at no charge. I would like really like to speak with someone about this. I do not feel this is right. I paid over $200 and I expect my 6 month warranty to cover more than one house call.

    Kenny and Stone did an excellent job installing my new water heater. They explained what they did and why. They also gave me advise on preventive maintenance on my water heater to keep it longer and have better service. They were very professional and knowledgeable as well as very efficient.     Draingo called back in a timely manner to schedule my appointment. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. The tech called when he was on his way to my home and arrived as scheduled. He immediately identified and repaired the issue. My leak was fixed very quickly. The tech was professional in advising what he was doing and when he was finished. Would highly recommend. I have used them several times in the past.

    One star for quick service. One star for getting the job done. Minus three stars for poor communication and pricing. I had a clogged main drain. The office told me it would be $79 for the service call. Plus, a $100? charge if they used a camera. And I assumed an hourly or other fees for the work. They came within a couple of hours, looked at the problem and said they would need to use a pressure jet to clean out the main line. They set that up in about 5 minutes. It took them 5 to 10 minutes to clean out the line. And, about five minutes to check that the toilets were flushing. Total time on the property was about 30 minutes. The plumber handed me a bill for $500, and promised that the office would send me an itemized bill. All I got was this request to rate their service. I cannot recommend Draingo, nor will I use them again.

    Just say no. This company was referred by my home warranty. This is not a problem with my home warranty company but with the business. I called due to a leak. I did not expect anyone to come out the same day. I just wanted to make an appointment. It was a Saturday and my home warranty company told me someone would be contacting me to set up an appointment shortly, the business was open. After two hours I called the number I was given. I was told by that person that they were working in the field and someone would call me back, that they had received the request. Another hour and 20 minutes and no phone call I called again. An hour later I made another phone call. The answering service told me they were gone because they only worked until 2 o’clock on Saturdays but she would still have someone call me. A man called. A very rude man. First he told me they did not work on Saturdays. That was an “untruth”. I had already been verbally told by my warranty company and their answering service that they did. It’s also on their website. He then told me that they had not received a work order. That was another “untruth”. I had been told by two people with this company that they had. He became irate. Then I did. I called my home warranty service and told them no. They assigned another company, I received a phone call within 30 minutes. I scheduled an appointment for three days later. Wonderful! If you are ever given Draingo refuse and ask for another company.

He repaired the problem and the part was under warranty. Shawn knows everything and is very professional. I have used Standard for 25 years.     Do Not use!! We fell for the scam card we received in the mail telling us it was time for our annual tune up and inspection. 5 hour visit to tune up our units that were working fine plus insisting that I needed to have my thermostat reset to the tune of $85 in addition to the maintenance fees for 3 units. Woke up the next morning to no heat on the main level or basement. Standard found a sudden “broken” part in the basement. Tried to charge me $300 in labor to fix this overnight broken part. We refused to let them come back and found a trustworthy company instead.
