  1. Fast, responsive, courteous, professional. Very clear expectations and details from the beginning. Really good about informing you of potential unseen costs and keeping you in the loop throughout the hole process. It would be great if all businesses went to this level of detail with communication and customer service. Mark installed a water heater for us and was exceptional. He even found an old pair of channel locks in my flower bed I’d forgotten about. They were all rusty. He sprayed them down with WD4 and scrubbed them clean just for the heck of it. I will call them back for any future needs. Excellent company.

  2. Both of my toilets clogged on a Sunday—not a great start to the day of rest! I went to Lowe’s to buy an auger and try to fix it myself. It didn’t work, so I called Dauenhauer around 3:30 pm to get much-needed assistance.

    I spoke to Josh, and he was great! The team didn’t have much availability, but he was determined to help me by getting someone out there same-day. I happily accepted a 3-11pm window. While on the phone, I signed up to be a VIP. I’m really excited about that program. 🙂

    Later, I received a call at 10:40 to let me know Eric was on the way. It can be really scary letting a stranger into your home late at night, but Eric immediately put me at ease. He talked me through everything he needed to do, and—luckily—my problem wasn’t too difficult to fix! I’ve never been more excited about flushing a toilet.

    All-in-all, I’m really happy with my experience. Signing up as a VIP, I have peace of mind if/when this or something like it happens again.

  3. Dauenhauer plumbing did a great job for us. They scheduled at a time that was convenient for me and Dean showed up on time. He installed a new toilet and gave us advice on a faucet and sink problem we are having. I was really impressed that he hauled away the old toilet and even mopped up the floor. Cleanup is really important to me. I can’t stand hiring a contractor and being left with a mess or damage to my house. The new toilet works perfectly. He was polite and knowledgeable and efficient.I would definitely have him come again. Price was a little more than others I quoted but we prefer to hire a professional company and have the job done right the first time. Having him haul away the old toilet was well worth the extra $50. They also guarantee their work and will come back out if something isn’t quite right.

  4. Tristan was courteous & informative in explaining what he would be doing in replacing our leaking water heater with a new one. The response time was quick & very much appreciated. He & his assistant took very good care in protecting our carpeting & surrounding areas when taking the old water heater out & bringing the new one inside. The new installation looks wonderful & they picked up the surrounding work area very nicely. I would highly recommend them both for any future plumbing needs.

    So I am updating my review. I have changed my five star rating to a 1.

    Here’s why, after spending approximately 2,000, in service and maintenance, (I had a contractor here for other work and he had to go into my attic) and then he took pictures of what he saw up there, the unit was obviously repaired in the past, and it look like a two year old had done repairs, Dauenhauer did not do those repairs, but they clearly knew what was up there and never disclosed what they saw. It is my true belief that they were never going to tell me, continue to take my money, then when the unit died, say, oh no, your unit died!!

    They lost my trust and my business!

    As you can see, how could they be up there and see this and never inform me?

    When our heater went out in the middle of the night I was able to call at 4am to schedule a 10am service call. Over the course of the day they got 4 different people out to make sure we got everything we needed taken care of. The people who installed our new furnace stayed out until about 11 at night in the crawlspace to get the job done so we wouldn’t be cold, even though they could have easily justified finishing the job another day. Reliable, good pricing, and really good caring techs at this place. Highly recommend!

    I was able to get a SAME day apt, thank Goodness! I thought I needed a new electrical outlet installed, but it ended up that I just didn’t see the one that was already there! My electrician called me ahead of time, offered me an earlier time, and when the time came for my apt, he was there! Prompt, professional, ready, and quite knowledgeable. Jason was professional, yet very kind and compassionate about all the problems I had had with the outsourced delivery company (of a big box store) who didn’t see my outlet upon delivery and “installation” of my new stacked washer and dryer. Despite the fact that I didn’t need his electrical knowledge afterall, Jason took the time to help me figure out a way to SAFELY use my new washer and dryer side by side while I wait for “them” to call me back…someday, maybe, to reschedule the installation and actually stack my washer and dryer with the proper equipment the forgot the first time. He was so helpful and gracious ! -a true “let’s roll our sleeves up and figure this out” attitude. I needed that today. In a world where big chains rule and all the Spectrum’s, Lowes, and Crate and Barrel delivery people can get away with ZERO accountability or service after the sale, I’m recommitted to using local and regional outfits like Bryant. Call them! Great experience from start to completion. Will definitely use them again.

    Casey and Cameron were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. They took care of my home, worked neatly, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They didn’t come prepared with the supplies they needed even though when today’s visit was scheduled last Wednesday. Due to the required supply run they didn’t actually start their work until two hours after I was told they would start work today. Also, our hose faucet on the outside no longer works after their job and it worked completely fine before they completed their work at my house. They tried to tell me it has never worked but I corrected them. I was told they would have to come back another day to fix the hose but didn’t schedule that with me, tell me I wouldn’t be charged for them fixing it, apologize to me, etc. I work from home but it’s still difficult for me to rearrange my work schedule to be available to them for yet another day.

    My water heater busted and i was told to contact a plumbing company by the restoration contractor that was hired by our insurance company to stop the leak from the water heater. I turned off the water to the house as well as the separate shut off valve to the water heater. I contacted H2O maestro. They came quickly and told me that draining the water heater tank would fix the leak. They charged $110 to drain the tank and to turn the water to the house back on. Not even 20 hours later I have a pool of water under the water heater again, that is now seeping into other rooms. I called h20 maestro to come back to fix what they should have done the first day (which is to stop the leak) and now they say it will be an additional charge at least $200 on top of the charge from the prior day. What a great way to lose business. Luckily I’m only out $110 on this company. I almost had them install a water heater which they were going to charge $1899. If they can’t warranty a simple service call I’m afraid to see what they would warranty on a unit they installed. They made no attempt to make things right even though they are the ones who turned my water back on when it was off! I don’t know what was a bigger waste my time or my money!

    The service provider who came to our house was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and careful in his diagnosis of the problem and the repairs he undertook. He stuck around so we could test the drain several times before he left. He was simply terrific. I will always call H2O Maestro first for any plumbing issues we have as their work is terrific and the history we have with them is solid.

    John explained to me what was causing the problem I was having with the shower, and what could be done to resolve it. He explained the process and even showed me what I could do to avoid the issue in the future. Very courteous, thorough and prompt. Reasonable price.
