  1. Kevin Jones came out and quoted me a price the was reasonable and in my budget. He was efficient reasonable and very professional. He came back same day and ripped out my old units inside and out. He had me up and running and cooling within hours. Mr. Jones was kind, courteous and professional. I truly appreciate him and the job he has done for us. He cleaned the mess as he worked, when he left you couldn’t tell he had even been in my house, he left it as clean as it was before he arrived. He gave me the 5 star service, or as the back of his van says the next star service. Thank you Kevin for all your hard work!!

  2. My initial phone contact with the Peaden representatives was perfect. They had a service provider out within a couple of hours and notified me 20 minutes prior to the arrival. The plumber Dennis was polite and professional. He was thorough in reviewing my leaks and explaining the cause. He was transparent in explaining the estimate. His demeanor was reassuring. He repaired my leaks well, in a timely manner. He made suggestions regarding maintenance for other potential future problems. At the very end, we realized that a very small cosmetic cover went missing from one of the faucets and he pledged to follow up on it. Sometimes I question whether I can believe such promises after a bill is paid, but I have no doubt that Dennis will come through. I believe he has integrity. I would highly recommend him.

  3. We are very happy with the service we received from our technician Donald. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and explain why we were having the problem as well as what it would take to remedy it. Upon asking him he let me know that we did not have surge protectors installed on the house. I had to use a different electrician during the construction of the home and I guess he just wanted to save money or not recommend it. Donald was able to explain what surge protectors do and why they are important. I do not feel forced to purchase a surge protectors however, I felt it was a necessity and I am “shocked” they were not previously installed. We have a 400 W service with two sub panels running separate AC units on a 4000 square-foot home with a giant pool. I felt the surge protection was a must. Additionally, he let me know. I should contact the contractor because my panel is not labeled and that is not up to code. It has been labeled since the photo, but I would’ve never known without his help. All of that equipment and electronics needed to be protected from surges. I give Peaden my highest recommendation.

  5. We have just purchased a home and our washer drain line was backing up after our first wash – we called Peaden because of their reputation and their 1 year warranty. The plumber, Dustin, called 45 minutes before his arrival and arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional and communicated to us throughout the entire process what he wanted to do and why to correctly diagnose the problem. What we had originally thought was just a simple clogged drain turned out to be something more and required removal of drywall and the pea trap in order to clear up the clog. Dustin was mindful to minimize the mess during the mediation and aftwrwards. When cutting away the drywall, he did so in a manner that allowed him to reuse the existing drywall to allow him to repair. The area is behind the washer so we were ok with the drywall not being completely replaced and patched to match the surrounding walls (plus now we have easy access if we should need to do another repair).
    I highly recommend Peaden for your plumbing needs. They were quick to send someone out (next day) and their employees are knowledgeable and professional. We feel secure in knowing that our problem was fixed and done the correct way.

    We were provided with a very honest estimate and reasonable response time to have a new hot water heater installed. The company had an emergency with a retail store on the date of our installation which affected the schedule, but Larry came out and worked after hours that same day to make sure it got done. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the product. It was a great customer service experience.

    They used their “smoke machine” to find the source of the foul odor in my guest bathroom. I thought it was coming from the sink but it was actually from a totally different location. I purchased a new self-cleaning toilet from them as well. They installed it quickly and professionally. I am so happy that the odor is finally gone and my new toilet works very well. Don’t hesitate to call them. My technician was George G., very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He got right to it and solved the problem quickly. They are not cheap but in my opinion they are worth every penny!

    An overwhelmingly positive experience, I called Mr. Rooter NW FL and requested someone come by and look at my two shower drains. The operator collected my information and shared that 15-20 minutes later, I received a phone call from dispatch. They shared with me someone could be at my house in 20 minutes. “I was like, um, OK.” Luckily, I live 10 minutes away from work. I pulled up, and there they were, waiting on me! They assessed, provided the price, patiently waited while I chatted with my wife, and then did the job. The service, professionalism, great attitude, and proficiency of their work were terrific.     We had a pipe burst under our house, so of course we called around trying to find a plumber as quick as we could. The staff at Mr. Rooter were amazingly accommodating, putting us on the books for the following morning while still trying to find a way to fit us in same-day, which was something no one else we called did. We had to leave the house to shower, and while we were away, they found a way to fit us in and even beat us back to the house. They stayed in contact and let us know that they would wait for us to get back. When we arrived back to the house, Billy Bauer was the service professional waiting for us. Not only was Billy kind and professional, he also fixed our problem in no time, despite having to crawl completely under our house to get to the issue. He even was able to find a fantastic work around once he fully diagnosed the problem. His card is now happily in our collection of go-to problem solvers, and we know who we’ll be calling if and when we ever have another plumbing problem.

    I called Mr Rooter after reading reviews which were mostly positive. I was having issues with water backing up into the bathtub and gurgling in the sinks. The technician mentioned it should be a quick and easy clean/unblock…. and he was right as he was done in 10 mins. Unfortunately the final diagnosis was that the septic tank was full and that I would need it pumped. I understand Mr Rooter don’t do pumping of Septic tanks but my issue is with the fee of $289 for 10 mins work, only to be told he couldn’t do anything. The water is still backing up. Pros: very responsive, came out right away. Mike the service tech was polite and very nice and knowledgeable. Cons: very expensive for a call out fee.

    Had to locate our sewer line in the yard to add a cleanout so that we could hook up our camper to our sewage. Billy Bauer was our technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. Very well mannered, thorough, and a downright filthy professional. Stands behind his work, and his company. Both of which are exceptional. Thankful to have these folks around!

    Tech arrived on time and covered his shoes before coming into my home. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issues I had. He done a good job and gave me a $25.00 senior discount which I really appreciated because I had no idea how expensive it would be. No complaints except being charged $382.00 to change a kitchen sink drain basket that took him about 10 minutes.
