I came on 1st Jan 2023 for ASB transaction and the staff said to come back on 3rd Jan 2023. Then on the day, the bank closed due to sanitation reason. What a ridiculous branch. Unbelievable.
Cawangan maybank paling teruk pernah saya pergi. Hari ini 16/2/2023 ada appt pukul 2.30 petang, pergi dekat kaunter paling depan, staff dah quite rude, dapat no then tunggu, then pergi dekat kaunter no. 13. That old female staff, lucky i forgot her name, siap bergossip dengan her male friend, who sat next to her, in front of us, the customer. Then few Bangladeshi men came in, dia siap buat racist remarks on them, again, in front of the us, the customers. Even she made fun of us for the bussiness deal we would like to do. Very unprofessional and rude manner from her. No wonder this maybank branch got bad reviews,i can really tell why.
Very bad staff especially the woman at the counter, she talk loud like screaming, plus this branch you can not walk in always give you an appointment after 10 days. I came to this branch 3 times and all of them are bad experience. I like the branches in KL they are more professional with everything, fast and talking kindly to the customers.
Creating Zest-i account took me 4 hours 😴 so what’s the point providing us appointment date ?? Pluss , i got charged RM50 for parking summon 👮🏻♂️ bad experience everrrr
More than 3 months trying to terminate ASB account, staff didn’t even provide solution or update in timely manners. They talk rudely on the phone. They will be nice to you only when you’re applying for loans/opening accounts with them. Once you decided to close/terminate account, the customer service went down drastically. They will leave you hanging until you aggressively pushed them for updates. Very bad experience with the staff of this branch.
