  1. To be honest, Maybank Alor Setar has made my day miserable.

    Mark this date dear unprofessional and lazy staffs (26th January 2022; 12:00pm).

    Is answering call too much for you and isn’t it your job to adhere to.

    I tried calling your number several times and ended up one of your staff took the call and hanged up. Wow, this is another level.

  2. Front dest team extremely unfriendly, rude and not helpful. Made an appointment but turned down just because we choose the wrong appointment type… Was dealing with this bank for years but the way the front desk’s attitude, not recomend this branch to anyone

  3. One of the worst service ever. Encourging people to come next day just to open account. Was waiting nearly 2 hours and the worst part is all front desk was available. Very post management.

    Bad and poor customer service at this branch. Poor service and having very bad experience in here. Not the first time having this kind of treatment here. Staff here not helpful and rude to the customer publicly.

    Wanting to bank in bulky cash is also difficult.. reception call cashier (room 7) upstairs told me I want to bank in bulky cash..cashier rejects..told to take number..already took number..go upstairs..tggu.. see people others arrived late..knock on the cashier’s door..just go in..what is this? u call this a fair service? Follow no star at all..same goes to maybank pekan alor setar..passing here and there.
