- Reviews:This is a department under the Maybank Regional Office which specialises, monitors and manages all existing loans and credit facilities with the bank within its regional scope of management.By Global Guide (5 years ago)last monday , 20/2/2023 my father was walk in to ur branch at wisma satok to change the debit card, before that my father need to Q before ur store open. fyi my father 72 years old and when my father turn go to counter for the process to change simcard, the staff inform there was problem with my father thumbprint and need to go to Jpn to get letter to confirm there was problem with thumbprint but from JPN side there no problem with my father thumbprint and i walk in to other maybank branch and the replacement of the debit card can be done within 5 minute only. my concern is why the maybank satok staff didnot try to use other alternative waya such as try with another thumbprint devices or other options rather than advise my father go to JPN. im really not satisfied with the service of your branch. tqBy qaisara humaira (2 months ago)Not recommended to settle your things here. I had an unauthorized transaction in my account so I call the Kl branch to ask them then KL branch notices the deduction was made from the branch that I open first time which is tabuan. So I call them . Instead of understanding and listen what going on with me . She simple just say check out with nearest KL branch . will need to make appointment online if you require counter services which appointment can only make 4 days before otherwise the slots for appointment not opened yet. trainee who attended to us while we were queuing helped us booked appointment for next day. our appointment was 1145am but they attended to us when we arrived around 1130am. shoutout to Aqiz for the good service, very helpful and patient, on the things we needed to get done.
Staff is rude and disrespectful. Bank in for a listed company spent 2 hours queuing time. Worst experience ever.

2. No one pick up the phone

Very worset experience with this maybank branch..very bad their service…im working in kuching i want to open a account for company .i just asked them to want ooen account..they said after 15 dyas your appointment to open account..ok i waited then i go..i registered with the document they needed..later they said your register is pending to approve from head office..once approved u wil get call from us..they i waited 15 days already..tiday i went the bank..the staff said..if u not get call..just open other bank…jus like this he said ..i really fedup..ooh very worst
Been deal with the staff ..so rude !🤬 Not professional and no common sense at all . Keep on blame the customer based on their own mistake . Really bad service 👎
