What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Kroger is always nice to shop at. I haven’t been to this location to much but whenever I do go in here I have a pretty good time. Customers are great, employees are great no complaints. However, I was outside Kroger panhandling and noticed a whole bin of rotten pumpkins ???? and a bike that looked DANGEROUS! I was distraught ????! How could anyone ride that bike! Never shopping again! Terrified. Also, had planned for fresh cod for dinner and the seafood counter was closed. I had no choice but to resort to Whole Foods.

  2. Produce is often mislabeled, for instance the container says honeycrisp apples and all the fruit inside the container is Fuji apples.
No support for Android pay or Apple pay. Credit card terminals are slower than most of their stores. No staff is ever available at deli or meat counters.

Take your business somewhere that appreciates your time.

  3. I see many bad reviews. Makes me wonder if the customers are the mean ones. I haven’t had a experience. Not once. The staff is super friendly, guest services has always approached me with a smile. Maybe some of the rude customers should attempt at being nice once in a while. Rochester residents are a whole breed of assumed privilege… ugh

  4. Clean store. Very helpful staff, inpharmacy as well as the store.
I think fresh produce has been low in many stores, not just this one.
    Beyond that good experience.

  5. Near to my home. I can find almost everything even medicines. Enough space for parking. Enough counter. Recycling and drinking water purification systems are there. Money transfers and Krogers products are available and are good and cheap. Vegetable and fruit products are also good.

If I could give this store no stars I would. Every time I come into this Kroger I have the worst customer service imaginable. I honestly would never come here unless it was so close to my house because there are not many grocery stores in the area that I live in. But given the fact that I am very close I come here often. The other day I went in to purchase a few things along with a bottle of wine. I proceeded to go to self check out with my nephew who is still in high school. I myself am 30 years old and was picking up a bottle of wine for my husband at home my nephew lives with us as well. The ID check came up at the self check out and the attendant came over to check my ID. He then proceeded to ask my nephew for his as well him being still in high school he does not have one and I proceeded to tell him that he is my nephew and he doesn’t have one, he lives at home with me and my husband and I am purchasing this bottle of wine for my husband he denied me the ability to purchase this bottle of wine and so I had my nephew go outside to the car I went and grabbed a bottle of wine came back he swiped the bottle of wine from the self check out and told me I already denied you for this. To my knowledge there is no policy to where if I am of age and I am with a member of my family that I live in my household with someone like a son a daughter etc. am I not allowed to purchase alcohol. I proceeded to tell the attendant that this is not a policy that they have and he proceeded to tell me that it is I then asked to speak with the manager and they were very rude treating me like I’m a criminal trying to distribute alcohol to minors saying that they had recently been caught selling to an underage person and that they were under in “strict watch”. The manager proceeded to tell me that I’m not allowed to buy from the store today and I have to come back tomorrow a complete waste of my time …disgusting customer service not to mention that is even not a policy in their handbook because I had spoken with Kroger corporate the day after and they told me that this was not a policy that they have if I am of age I can purchase alcohol if I would like no matter who is with me. I’ve been treated poorly here before but this was the last straw for me it’s a shame that this is the only grocery store around. And shame on the manager and the workers that belittled me in front of the whole store and treated me with such disrespect. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Worst operated deli I’ve ever been to. Extremely hard to get waited on, with a bunch of people always standing around. Also, they are consistently out of products that a grocery store would normally never be out of. Not the best Kroger out there, that’s for sure!

Rude and disrespectful I came in 20 min before close to grab one item . Was met with rolling eyes by staff and as I was at the self check out line the still with 10 min to spare before closing. The attendant proceeded to say under their breath oh my gosh here’s another one they never stop coming in. To my knowledge I’m allowed to shop at a grocery store before they actually close I shouldn’t feel rushed as I’m walking out the attendant proceeds to tell me you should’ve shopped earlier next time. Absolutely disgusting terrible customer service.

i had to go to battle with these folks over their prescription computer call in. i got two case numbers and a phone call from a 513 area code which i did not answer. i texted and i got an answer! dr patel the head of the pharmacy’s for the Kroger company was on the case. i called in an rx today and it got handled normal no lost phone number. so just for grins i texted the doctor on the Sunday before labor day. the doctor was answering thee phone! i made them aware of the problem . i got a phone call from a suit. i hope its solved i got the suit’s 513 number in my phone book now.

Awful customer service. Mgr tells me he’s busy and he’ll be an hour before he can help. Employees are miserable. Cashiers make you bag your own items. The best employees are the young people at Starbucks and self checkout who haven’t been beaten down by years of working at this terrible place.

Don’t ever give the cashier’s your phone. I had an issue where I couldn’t add or find digital coupon in my app, I gave the cashier lady my phone, when I got to my car I discovered she was in my gallery looking through my pictures . She acted like she was trying to help me, she had my phone for 5 minutes, she was the only cashier open, and there was probably five customers behind me by the time. Because of construction, I had to return to Silverbell and Adams location. I had a simple resolvable issue that required basic math and the Manager argued and the cashier laughed at me and another my other Kroger quickly confirmed that they made the mistake. I hate to be such a gripe but inflation being up 30% since COVID, and I don’t think any of us got 30% raise from our employers-

This is our go-to Krogers, but we always have issues with the Bottle Machines… I wish they were kept up on better… It has a Starbucks inside, and seems to always have what we need otherwise!

Doesn’t matter when I go, they are always sold out of sale items or have minimal left. The produce is always a huge gamble. It is so frustrating, it’s not even worth the stress of coming here for half my list and going to a different kroger for the rest.

I truly loathe the employees at this location. It shows poor management. They’re always out of items to begin with. The employees always seem as if they’re irritated and grumpy. I get a people of Walmart vibe from all the employees here. To be quite fair, there is better customer service at Walmart.

Grumpy old ladies that are lazy at their jobs. Just to swipe delete on items at self checkout. Grumpy cashiers that don’t acknowledge a complaint and brush it off. No one on the stock floor to stock empty shelves. Store made chicken and sushi is grosse at this location. The worst Kroger store we’ve been in.

This location is less than a mile from me but after a recent unprofessional and low class customer service interaction with them, it’s my last visit here. Trader Joes is down the street with a few other options a few miles away.

Change your management and hire people that are willing to do their job, and not complain about it.
