  2. Perry was very nice and very professional but he really didn’t do a thorough job in making sure that the fireplace was properly sealed and ventilated after he finished. Because he did not do a thorough job and making sure the fireplace was properly ventilated and sealed, we had a gas leak in the house that made a family member ill. We had to get another guy to come back out and finish up the job. Not sure I would use PlumbCrazy again…I might…this was very disappointing— I needed two appointments to get my repair done.

  3. We are very happy with PlumbCrazy. We had a drainage problem outdoors. Dennis evaluated everything, told us our options, and then sent us an estimate to dig up the broken pipes and replace them with new pipes. Then we wanted to get approval from the owner of the house on our property line, while PlumbCrazy patiently waited for us. When we got back to them, they got us set up with an appointment for the work, and two men came out and did the work efficiently and cheerfully. We were happy with the process from start to finish, and we are especially happy to be rid of the drainage problem we were having.

  4. Perry was very methodical in his search for the leak. He told me what he was doing at each step of the investigation. He found the pin hole leak in the supply line to the second floor bathrooms and was able to fix the leak with only cutting a small hole in the living room ceiling. This will be easily patched. The charge was very resonable. No more drips!

    The plumber that handled my crazy situation was terrific… instilled confidence that he would figure it out and fix it, thorough, seemed to care about doing a good job. Also he was clean-cut and well-spoken which was nice given that he arrived at 7pm and it was midnight by the time he finished (not his fault, just a complex job). My appt was actually for 9 to 11 am tomorrow morning but the dispatcher called me around 6pm and said they had availability tonight if I wanted service earlier, so I accepted. Glad I did… plumbing all working as it should now.

    Very quick response from time I called and the plumber arrived at my house. He was nice and a pleasure to do business with. The kitchen sink faucet was 20 plus years old and needed to be replaced. The hardware had rusted which made it difficult to remove. Once removed the new faucet was installed quickly. No leaks or issues after installation was completed. Work area was cleaned and job well done. Will definitely use them again for other plumbing work when needed.

    Water heater damage and replacement. I’m very impressed by the responsiveness and the work performed by Roto Rooter. We called at 7pm Patrisha, D. who is one of the supervisors came to our house at around 8pm to assess the damage. She promised to get her team out by 8am and they were called me by 8am to let me know they were on the way. Ram was really kind and gentle, The water damage got me overwhelmed but he was patient and explained the process to me. He was very polite and courteous. He is very knowledgeable too. Williams V. Made the cleanup easy the carpet was removed professionally and the clean up was impressive. Thank you all so very much.

    We discovered water leak from the main pipe , which needed to be replaced . After few estimates we went with Five Star Plumbing which turned out to be the best decision! Brian showed up on time , extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything they were going to do and did just that . We had a tree with huge roots on their way but Brian and his team worked hard to dig out all they needed and repair what was necessary. Would definitely recommend them to anyone !

    5 Star Plumbing is awesome! They initially came out to my house after heavy rains flooded my basement. This caused damage to my gas water heater. They removed the old one, installed new one and it works great! Then I had them back for the flood issue from my French drain. They inspected it, ran a camera into the pipe and also cleared some of the camera visible roots. We then decided to have them back to fix the yard drain pipe (which is an old clay pipe system). Pipe was in great shape but tree roots had completely invaded it from the lower end of the yard. This caused very slow drainage which backed up into the basement from the heavy rains. They were very professional, came out same day as I initially called and were always on time. I found Five Star Plumbing very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again. Thanks to everyone who helped me!

    Water line burst inside the house in 08/11/2022. I called Five Star Plumbing next day, Chris is the owner of the shop came to estimate, an hour later his crew came to fix the broken pipe that allowed us to have water to use temporarily. A week later another crew came to replace the entire water line from outside the house all the way to inside the house. They did an excellent job and a reasonable price. Thank you so much for the quick service and my children also give you guys a thumbs up.

    We did a complete bathroom remodel. 5 Star Plumbing had to come out several times. The technician was friendly, helpful, and smart enough to put in newer items like stand alone bathtub and freestanding tall faucet. They were very patient working with our schedule.
