- Reviews:I installed a new furnace and HVAC system three years ago. As temperatures dropped, we found the furnace was not kicking on. I tried to call the installing company, only to find they were no longer in business and had retired with no notice or referrals as to who could do my warranty work. I reached out to trusted friends, who all referred me to Triple T. They were highly responsive and made a couple of trips out to ensure the problem were correctly diagnosed. They ensured communication took place, so I would know what to expect. We were impressed with the work they did and the professionalism. We were very pleased with his courteous service and definitely would request him again. It is great to have two great techs here in St. George. It took several attempts and being on hold for a long time to reach the answering service on Saturday, apparently due to volume of calls. We initally asked for John whom we have had previously for AC repair. John promptly called us to discuss our problem. Monday the head office called to set up an appointment, but was not as easy to deal with. It was easier to talk directly with the techs where we received more accurate information. - Reviews:I had a clogged up pipe in my upstairs plumbing somewhere between the laundry room drain and the sewer. I tried plunging, I tried Liquid Plumber, I even went to Ace and bought a 25’ Drain Snake, and Still couldn’t get it unclogged after a whole two days of trying. I Went to bed and I called Mr. Rooter in the AM. Upon my initial call to Mr. Rooter, I was met Excellent Customer Service and was even able to get on the schedule for that same day, and that’s what I would call Icing on the CupCake. Now, let’s put some Sprinkles on that Cupcake, shall we? Their Technician Andrew was ahead of schedule and gave me a courtesy call to see if I was in a position to allow him to be almost an hour early, and I was. Andrew did a walk through with me as I explained my failures, and I think that helped the situation because he was able to conclude what needed to be done and got started. I asked him if I could help him in any way and gave me a task(I love to help if I can in these moments cause I can sometimes chat with the professionals and learn something about what’s going on). After about 30 minutes or so Andrew says “All Done!” and he starts rolling the the drain snake machine out of the bathroom towards the stairs. I give him a hand getting that heavy machine down the stairs, then I sign his tablet and off he went. Start to finish in less than an hour. Amazing job, Professional employees, incredible pricing. I woke up to a plumbing nightmare and from the very start of phoning Mr Rooter my worries we’re put to rest. Not only were they friendly and gave me complete details on their services, they dispatched a tech within minutes and gave me a two hour window. Trevor, their tech, was incredibly knowledgeable on what needed to be done and explained my options in terms that I could understand in order to make an informed decision. I picked an option and he immediate gave me a quote and a timeline to complete the project. Their was no high pressure sales from his part to choose the highest option. He started to work immediately, and his skills were were evident as he progressed. When the project was complete he left the place better than he found it and finally answered any last minute questions on my part. I should point out that Trevor honored his quote and his timeline to complete the project. I felt that Trevor’s skills, demeanor, and professionalism represented Mr. Rooter in the best light. I can unequivocally state that they are now my only choice for any plumbing problems in the future. I called Mr Rooters and they came out that same night. They were back bright and early the next morning and worked all day to fix it, as well as some other things in my yard that I needed. S & S installed a mini split in our garage. James, the sales guy was super. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind.
