- Reviews:David was the lead installer for a new heat pump/fan coil system and what an outstanding job he did. David is both an exceptional person and a truly great installer. One of the nicest and most genuine people I have come across in a long time. He is respectful, professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wants to do the best job possible for his customers. He goes the extra mile to get it done right. He stayed day and night working late hours to ensure that the entire install was not only done right, but in his words ‘ he wanted to make it look beautiful’. What a tremendous person he is. I would highly recommend Fuse for HVAC installs and David, in my estimation, is simply an awesome person to work with. Thank you Fuse and most of all, thank you very much David ! Martin was also outstanding and very supportive in working with David on the project. Martin was knowledgeable and professional as well. A hard working team that spent extra time to ensure the job was done right. Thanks again for a job well done !By Brete Bigley (a month ago)We compared quotes and had appointments from about a handful of different companies in the area and ended up booking with Fuse. The initial appointment was very detailed and they provided different options of what we were looking for. Pricing was also comparable to others. We wanted something energy efficient, quiet and a filter installed in the systems. They were thorough and clear on what we needed to do to prep for the major overhaul of our furnace and AC. Our technician Dave was very courteous and meticulous. Him and his partner, Bolt were extremely efficient! The bad weather caused a little delay but they got the job done! Dave asked about the times that would work best for us and communicated well with us each day/time they were coming out. All the work is done to code and Dave tested the units multiple times to make sure everything was running correctly. They also made sure to clean up each time they came out. Both Dave and Bolt worked throughout the day and into the evenings to ensure our heat was properly installed and we were comfortable. The process from initial booking, install and signing/payment was very easy and clear. They’re responsive, professional and detailed. Highly recommend Fuse!By Cruz (a month ago)Wow! What a great overall experience! I was getting estimates for an HVAC replacement for my landlord. Fuse was able to set up the appointment for the very next morning. Roby showed up on time and set the tone for my entire interaction. He spent time educating me on the types of systems needed, the cost (and was transparent about the expenses), as well as giving me options for the budget we were trying to achieve. Just a pleasant person and I felt very comfortable hiring them based on this interaction. They were able to come install the system within a fairly tight timeframe (due to cold weather). The installer Tony, and his helper, David, were awesome. Extremely polite, hardworking and careful to keep the space clean both during and at the end of the project. They ensured it was running smoothly and effectively prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC replacement. Thanks!By Erin (2 months ago)This was a big, challenging job: Replacing our old central heating and AC system with a modern ductless mini-split solution. We went all-in with seven indoor units and three condensers! Aesthetics were super important – indoor units had to be positioned as discretely as possible. This made the job much more difficult but it was worth it. Our house now has a modern climate control system that is ultra-responsive, ultra-controllable and ultra-efficient. (For those curious about mini-splits and why we chose to go with a 100% mini-split solution, I’ve added a few words at the end of this review.) HVAC is not something you want to cut corners on. The quality of the installation can be just as important as the quality of the parts, so it pays to get it right. I had already enjoyed a great experience with Fuse before, and I was happy to discover they were Mitsubishi Diamond certified dealers. Mitsubishi are widely regarded as the top manufacturer of mini-splits. Diamond certification provided us reassurance that we were getting a great installation, complete with a 12 year parts/condenser warranty. As expected, Fuse rose to the challenge. Our installer Slava and his colleagues Anton and Alex knocked it out of the park with impressive ingenuity, determination and professionalism. The job took three of them six days to complete. They worked tirelessly from 8.30am until 7pm. At the end of each day they diligently cleaned up after themselves with a brush and vacuum. Late one evening Slava even made a last minute visit to Home Depot and reconnected our gas water boiler’s flue pipe so my family could have hot showers. He also returned on a Saturday night to check a teething issue with one of the condensers. My wife and I were super impressed by his dedication. (Also: Huge thanks to project manager Zack for tracking all the details as this complicated project evolved.) The finished result exceeds even my high expectations. Slava and his team found resourceful ways of concealing lines behind walls and in the gaps between floors. Considerable effort was spent installing condensate pipes for exporting moisture. This meant a lot of cutting and drilling. Usually, the simplest installation is on an exterior wall. We however were asking for four interior wall and two ceiling placements. Despite this being a lot more work I am very grateful the installers respected our wishes. As the home owner it makes a profound difference. But why did we replace everything with mini-splits? Our house was built in 1970. One of the first things we discovered was the woeful central heating and cooling system. It barely worked. We considered replacing the gas furnace with a modern variable speed one, replacing the ductwork and installing a new AC. However the remodelled upstairs area was beyond hope – the house had simply not been designed to circulate air up there. Thankfully we now have technology that was simply not available in 1970: Ductless mini-splits. Instead of relying on cumbersome ducts to blow air around the house, heat energy is efficiently transported via compact, flexible piping. These lines can be routed through the structure of the house much easier than ducting. Eliminating ducts also eliminates the need for cleaning – there is nowhere for dirt or bacteria to build up. The temperature of each indoor unit can be controlled independently. You only need to heat or cool the areas you want, saving you money and helping the environment. It is also directly circulating and conditioning the air nearby, providing a very fast, responsive system. Mini-splits are inherently modular – multiple indoor units can share a single condenser. Multiple condensers can also be installed if the layout of the house makes it difficult to run all the lines to a single outdoor unit. Our plan over the next few years is to transition away from fossil fuels and make our house 100% electric with solar panels. Getting rid of our gas furnace and investing in all-electric mini-split technology is our first step down that road.By Andrew Harvey (a year ago)My wife called me in a panic while I was at work to say that our toilet was backed up and spilling into our living room. I quickly contacted this company for assistance. On the phone, they were quite friendly, and they scheduled a repairman to arrive right away. Their staff arrived to fix our toilet within one hour. was friendly, competent, and explained what they were doing. They were pretty upbeat people. The toilet is promptly fixed. I was quite happy and satisfied with their service. I gave this company a 10/10 overall rating and would use them again for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs. I heartily endorse them.By Dennis Perez (4 months ago)

- Reviews:I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. My phone call to the office was answered courteously and professionally. After learning about my heating/cooling requirements and expectations, the staff did a fantastic job of outlining my options. The installers were outstanding. The day was lengthy. They were cautious to leave the mulch and mud outside (not an easy task today). They went over every detail of my new system and thermostat. They assisted me in setting up the app that I use. Simple, intelligent men who took the time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I appreciate working with all the business people to get my new system. I’m grateful.By Michael Andrade (5 months ago)These men installed my new Carrier system both indoors and outdoors, and they did a fantastic job while being really professional. Since the price was so reasonable, it was the delivery in the transaction that made me return to their quotation. They seemed true and open with me about everything, in my opinion. The young fellow was right when he said that my new system would be as silent as a mouse. My frequent use of my patio contributes to its soothing qualities. My service representatives from this company receive an A+ for their professionalism and top-notch service.By Jonathan Carlson (5 months ago)When I called at midday, I was prepared to wait a day or two. I described the problem I was having with my home’s electrical connection. The same day, I was added to the schedule. The team started working at 1:30, assessed the issue, provided me with a cost estimate, and finished the task by 2:30. How much better can it possibly be? The technician would be that person. The staff was friendly and competent, and I appreciate all they did to brighten my day. They are excellent. I’m grateful.By The Haro (5 months ago)I can’t speak highly enough of them! We are incredibly happy with the sales and service we got. We are grateful that we could put our trust in the personnel because we just retired. They installed it the following day, and even though it was supposed to be a straightforward installation, there was a rhythmic sound that was just just heard when the furnace was operating. The guys spent hours identifying the noise’s source before using a few screws to secure it. I appreciate how open and truthful you were about the price and what to anticipate. They took great care to respect our home and didn’t stop until the task was finished and all requirements were satisfied. Everyone provided five star service.By Williams Carry (5 months ago)I used this company to install my furnace two years ago, so I figured they could also install my new air conditioner. The staff was really patient with me and patiently answered all of my questions. They did a great job going through all of my options and working to find the financing that worked for me. They performed amazingly! They finished in four hours despite doing a lot of labor. I’m happy with the results and would suggest this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.By Denise Hayes (5 months ago)

Manny and the plumbers who work with him are professional and their work is high quality. We have hired him for multiple projects.
[1] Main Water Supply Line Replacement
The solder joints are textbook examples.
As part of a sidewalk project we “discovered” the old water service line was not installed correctly. They came by quickly, diagnosed the issue over the phone, and did this the repairs correctly with no shortcuts *the first time*.
To their credit, they stayed to the quoted price even though the work was more than might have been expected on first look.

[2] Installation of Laundry Service in Utility Room
Manny came and carefully quoted the project. Their team then installed the laundry to specification. They even added a connection from the hot water heater overflow to the waste water pipe. Unlike many, they installed the hammer arrestors correctly too.
After many months of operation, it works fine with no issues. Again textbook.
I have been working extensively with EJ Plumbing on an outdoor/backyard project and they have been incredible every step of the way! My project involved extending our main gas line for a natural gas fire pit and grill/outdoor kitchen, as well as extending the plumbing for a sink in the outdoor kitchen.
My main interactions have been with Danny and his team and they have supported me through every step of this multi-phase project:
– Onsite consultation
– Extending the gas line from the main line to the fire pit area and the outdoor kitchen which were on opposite sides of the backyard.
– Stubbing out the plumbing for the outdoor kitchen sink
– Running the plumbing connections to the outdoor kitchen grill
– Fire pit connection to the gas line.
The project required intricate coordination with my landscape contractor and EJ plumbing has been responsive and quick to be available onsite whenever they are needed to complete their part of the work to help me keep my project moving. Their work is exceptional and very high quality and I would recommend using them for your next plumbing project! EJ Plumbing has given me so much peace of mind with all the extensive plumbing work that has been required for my outdoor space.
Great experience with EJ plumbing. Our water heater stopped working and we needed to replace it asap. I called EJ in the evening and they were able to schedule us a following morning. They texted me when the technician was on the way and he showed up on time. Their estimates were very clear and fair. The technician provided us the estimates pretty quickly in the several scenarios which made our decision making easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. Plus he cleaned up the area for us after all the jobs were done. I appreciate that. Of course we’re happy with their quality services. We’ll definitely work with them again!
We’ve been using EJ Plumbing for years for our own home and our rentals. I’ve met the owner and several employees over the years, and they are timely, professional, communicative, and do quality work. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the most important reason we continue to use them is that they are trustworthy. They will communicate clearly with you every step of the way, they don’t waste your time, and they don’t patronize you. This is a high quality, professional firm that demonstrates exemplary work and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
EJ Plumbing met and exceeded my expectations for the install of my exterior tankless water heater. The install of heater was excellent. All the personnel on site were highly skilled professionals and always willing to answer all my questions. The personnel had great attention to detail and always maintained a well-kept work area. The job required inspection from the County of Santa Clara Building Inspector. The staff at EJ plumbing handled a difficult inspector with grace and composure. They are my plumbing service of choice and I have used them in the past. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend anyone who reads this to do the same.
Cheers,
