  I like this location much more than others closer to my house. The selection is better. I went to buy groceries and on my way to register I stopped by clothing and found some garments discounted which I didn’t want to pass on. I found two 3XL dresses ($5.00 each at register) which translates to two unique summer skirts ( I’m either small on women’s and medium or large in juniors). A yellow mustard color dress (also $5.00) whith a smart feature (the top portion of the dress, expands!!👏). And last, I allowed myself to venture into a crop top and skirt set…very sexy😜

  I’ve been in many Wal-Marts and this one in particular was huge with a nice large varation in products. Nice and clean with friendly employees.

  Customer service is no where to be seen at the Walmart at Bashford Mall. Been in line for 20 mins. Line keeps getting longer and longer. No one cares. I said it before and I mean it this time, ii will not shop at Walmart agaib. Clown Show!

  Placed delivery order. Called three times. The last time was two hours after it was supposed to be delivered. The “customer service staff” told me they were putting my items in a vehicle to be delivered and it should be here shortly. I stayed up til after 11 pm waiting on the order. Called customer service online because the store wouldn’t answer the follow up call and they told me they had never left to deliver to me. I won’t order from them again for home delivery and that’s horrible customer service they should’ve been honest.

  Bought a TV online and came to pick up curbside. For context I had to drive 50 miles and borrow a big enough vehicle to pick it up. Checked in and sat in the pickup spot for 50, yes 50 minutes while trying to call the number listed with no answer. Finally came inside and employees standing everywhere on their phones and was flat ignored by the first 2 i asked for help. Had to tap an employee on the shoulder to get them to look up at me so I could speak to someone. Team lead radioed someone and said they would be up shortly. 25 minutes later I saw her again and asked for status. She said “I don’t know why they aren’t answering me” and radioed again. Meanwhile countless employees standing around talking to each other and hanging out. I went up to her again about 10 minutes later and she said “oh they just answered and said they will be up”. After over an hour and a half wait a guy came and apologized and said he was on break and that he was also working in “pick” and they can’t hear the notification for pick up in there. I should have bought from Target.

  Nice selection but needs way more mechanical carts or wheelchairs. Every time I go there are 3 working and the rest are down. Those 3 are always taken. A store this size needs far more than they have. Pickup/delivery is great when they have what you ordered, but they rarely do substitutions. This is frustrating. It takes a week to get my money back. That’s ridiculous. Don’t do delivery for afternoon. You won’t get it until the next day.

  I don’t really care for Walmart but I have to say this one is a lot nicer then most of the other Walmarts I’ve been to. If they had less self check out registers and more employee ran registers for customers with disability’s I would of gave them a five star review.

  Very grateful to Tia and the other associates working the Service Center earlier today. I had a lot of items I needed processed and they did so as quickly as possible without making me feel guilty about the process. Especially for working on her own, Tia did great work today.

  I love the fact that they deliver with the subscription as many times as you need. My only complaint is that when they mess up and don’t have an item or forget an item it takes up to a month for my money to be put back on my card. Which often times leaves me short for that time. So I’m unable to purchase groceries to replace them.

  I’ve visited this Wal-Mart several times. They have their good days and they have their not so good days. My one concern is safety. More than one occasion I’ve seen a person or persons follow me around the store or outside and even ballsy enough to take a photo (possibly of my child). So I’m always on alert when I go.

  Amazing customer service by everyone I encountered. Overall, very nice store to shop. I saw comments regarding lanes not being open closer to closing time. Which is expected considering they are closing. Most people shop during the day not at ten at night. If I go in anywhere at 10 at night I expect to wait in a line.

  Horrible experience long wait lines to check out service members just in their phones plenty of help bad management only registers open where self check out took 30mins to check out one item photo shows all registers closed at the hipe of the evening at 7pm December 15th each self checkout had approximately 15 or so people waiting

  This store never disappoints, always stocked, clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. I love that there are so many self check outs I would prefer to check out myself 100% of the time!!

  This Walmart is the best one in my area, I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go to this one! They always have everything I need, helpful workers, and easy to navigate through the clean store! Lines are always quick! Self checkout is always open

  I think the customers Walmart attracts makes the shopping experience a bit underwhelming. It being located on New Cut road also doesn’t help much. Never had any issues with their staff though. Place stays reasonably clean and organized.

  Never buy children’s things. They keep them close to fertilizing grass and salt for snowy road, This is on the photo that I uploaded. The workers are very terrible, there is not enough time to tell everything. But there is one woman working in this store who, in my opinion, needs to wear a muzzle, she speaks very rudely and aggressively. I don’t know her name but she is a white, fat woman with yellow hair. No one wants to help you. I asked three workers “….where can I find scales?” And none of them helped !!!!!!!!!

  Great experience at this Walmart, and it’s all due to great employees. First, I needed help in the auto care center. The lady at the counter found exactly what I needed and sent a friendly man to help get it from a locked case. Very efficient.
  The lady at checkout #21 was incredible. She was helping a lady who was an immigrant and who had a lot of questions. This cashier was very kind, patient, and helpful. She helped make that lady’s day easier and her shopping experience more efficient & enjoyable. Plus, she had time for a smile and friendly service for me.

  If I order my groceries online and I’m charged for it I expect to receive it. Also, if I order groceries online I expect not to have to go into a shore and shop and you guys managed to miss on enough items I can’t make anything. You managed to forget multiple things for every meal I planned out but didn’t forget to charge for them! That’s a hidden talent somewhere as a business. Not one to be proud of.

  A little confusing the way the departments were laid out. Nothing made sense a far as categories within each dept. Ie. Women’s clothing, then suddenly you are in the men’s section, then back to the plus size women’s section. Appliances, kitchen, then some toys. It went on and on like that where I was chasing all over the store looking for items. Got SOMEWHAT FRUSTRATED when it was one of the busiest Christmas days to shop. Trying to dodge the customers etc. I must say that the customer service was fast,friendly and great for the Holiday Season!!

  If you dream of going to a third world country where you might catch a disease or get robbed or killed in the parking lot, look no further. They should fly the UN flags here for the countries that don’t have running water and can’t bathe regularly. It should also be noted that all these same countries don’t believe in the basic immunization shots we all got as children to attend school.
  The people who work there are anything but helpful or polite. A bunch of woke crybabies that don’t think they should have to work. Order from Amazon.

  I placed a grocery pickup at noon. My pickup time was between 9-10pm. I get to Walmart at 9:00pm and a 9:02 I receive a text saying it’s delayed. I call them and they come out to my car and request an order number and to look to see if I am at the correct Walmart, which I was. Then, they proceed to tell me they “think my order didn’t go through and that’s why it won’t be ready until tomorrow.” This was after I drove all the way from home. He continued to stare at me in silence and I just had to cancel my order because I was already out the gas money to get there for nothing.
