  I thought the gnats flying around the onions and other produce were bad enough, but this was the icing on the cake as I was looking for cheese… Absolutely repulsed by the dead flies just laying on the cheese. This place is disgusting and needs a DEEP clean. Definitely worth spending a little extra money and going to Rouses next time!

  Waited by the locked spray paints for literally 30 minutes hitting the service button, heard about 6 announcements on the intercom that we needed assistance, and no one came. People we’re trying g to help, but apparently no one in the store had a key to the doors or just didn’t feel like coming, so we just had to leave without buying what was right there that we needed. Like, I appreciate the effort, but why does no one in the store have access to the spray paint cabinet? Extremely frustrating.

  Extremely aggravated at the moment with this store. Bought an item from the store online when it said it had “1” in stock. Received and order confirmation and all. Now I receive an email, AFTER I had already paid and received confirmation that the item is no longer available and my order is being canceled. This is garbage and poor upkeep if it wasn’t in stock. Now I’m out the money for a couple days bc of their “error ” that walmart will most likely claim it to be.

  I can say that it wasn’t as jacked up I’ve seen it in the past. There were enough shopping carts for the number of visitors arriving. The shelves were as stocked as I’ve seen them in awhile! Overall a very good experience!

  Selection was decent. Not crowded inside but the parking lot was full. Never have I seen a parking lot so full yet the store is empty. There were 3 cashier’s working. Took forever but the cashier I went too must have been a pro cause she went quickly.

  Go early in the morning and have a comprehensive list, walk fast and check out yourself. Also, don’t ever show your receipt on the way out. If they want to know what you bought then they better start servicing customers again and pay employees to check out groceries.

  Only good thing about this place is the pharmacy because they are quick and efficient. Walmart continues to raise prices whilst customers are scanning their own items. Meanwhile you see employees walking around the store aimlessly. The shelves are bare, the items that are stocked, the prices have been raised, packages have been shrunken, and there’s less inside. Check the inside of Tide detergent, it’s 1/2 full. If I’m paying higher prices for less food/product, the Waltons can afford to have someone scan and bag my items.

  There’s a reason why people decide to go to other stores and not support Walmart as a whole. Saturday, October 15th I went to checkout at the self check out. As I am almost done scanning my items some teen on a electric buggy cart runs into my cart and I ask him to back up only to then be antagonized and followed to my car by him and his family. The issues lies in the self checkout process being so heavily under monitored and having people think it’s cool to have to do this themselves. Second, no one came to my back in regards to employees… the parking security outside just didn’t care. I will never in my life be back at this establishment in my life. Way to sketch.

  Well I’m being less and less impressed with Wal-Mart but at this location 5dozen package of eggs I bought had an 18and some odd cent price tag but rang up at a new price of 20and some odd cent and I was shocked that they refused to adjust the new price to the label that was on the shelf where my eggs were picked up from for my purchase of them. I’ve worked for Lowes 14 years and when we failed to change a sticker the customer wanted and got it at the lower price since it was our failure to rightly price the product, so no, I was not pleased with my experience. I guess customer satisfaction means nothing any more.

  I would not recommend the bakery! They called me the day the cake was suppose to be ready to tell me they were out of bavarian cream for the filling for my son’s cake! They left a voicemail at 5:40 a.m and pick up was at 9:00 a.m. I wouldn’t have time to order anywhere else! Then I call to talk to the manager the same day that I picked up the cake and he ask if we didn’t cut the cake we could bring it back for a refund! But then my 17 yr old son wouldn’t have a cake! And we live in Breaux Bridge. The drive to Walmart on pinhook in Lafayette wasn’t worth it! And they didn’t put a filling! Just a chocolate cake with no filling! My son was soooo disappointed! And so was I! I will never order from the bakery again! 👎🏼

  My experience was truly awesome and professional in the Express area for Pickup assistance with Ms Rosalyn (Roz). The situation was in regard to an order that was ready for pickup but had no order number. After minutes on the phone she explained the reason that sometimes orders are just mailed to the house. The situation was explained very positively. Go Ms Roz!!

  The fact that y’all closed early because of the weather is a poor excuse. It’s not raining only cold. Please be mindful of people getting off late rushing to get last minute items and you are closed due to it being cold outside. Make it make sense. 😔

  We were allowed to stay in our truck camper in the parking lot. We went in the store and asked if we stay in our RV. The very nice front end manager said yes we could stay. Just be careful everyone drives really fast!

  As usual, one, (two maybe) cashiers and long lines everywhere. This is getting old, however, “Ari/Ali”, my cashier was the (good) bomb. She caught something that rang up at the wrong price, dug it out of the bag, and corrected the problem. Most cashier’s don’t care when they’ve rung up an item twice or sale prices weren’t activated. I appreciate and respect her for caring and taking CARE of business – that’s being professional. 🤜🤛

  No one ever answers the phone in any department. No one checks on pickup customers and that phone won’t let you even leave a message due to full vm. Tried to pickup 3 different Uber orders and never received contact from anyone. Had to cancel everyone due to wait time of Neverending. Hire people cheap scapes

  Fairly clean lot and store. Bathroom was impressively clean. Of the 4 employees I approached to see how they would treat me: 1 Ignored me completely and walked away. 1 treated me like a person and acted happy to help me and answer questions. 1 didn’t know anything about anything and couldn’t figure out how to call for an assist. The last one refused to look at me, didn’t listen/talked over me, then decided she was done helping me and walked away before I could even explain what I needed.
