Sometimes there’s NONE ATTENDING THE CLIENTS / CUSTOMER. THE BANK OFFICERS NEED TO BE PROACTIVE. DONT wait for the customers to ask / enquire. Ask them How can I help your Sir / Madam. Don’t address your customers as En / Cik. It should be Sir Madam / ma’am. TUAN / Puan or Abg & Kakak. There’s no such thing as ENCIK ENCIK CIK CIK. It’s TUAN TUAN & PUAN PUAN. PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY. During this MCO time, staffs working takes great advantage. They don’t tend to schedule your appointment via call as they don’t allow walk ins during MCO. Okay fine with the current SOP. What about appointment online? See proof attached, all the dates almost 2 weeks from my booking date blanked and I can’t submit further. Such a poor service… people gotta wait for hours to open an account.. advised to do it online and book an appointment rather than waiting…
Small branch but limited parking. Staff are friendly but the long queue and service is a bit slow.
Eventhough this place is always busy but customer service will always guide you on what to do to ease your activities at the bank
Slow service …just to replace my debit card .. still waiting 1 hour here for my turn
What else can you expect when you want to deal with counter? It will never called Maybank if its not packed with people.
Got a lot of parking space. Convenient to use ATM (if its not broken 😉) for withdrawal and deposit. Otherwise you can join the long queue to get your business settled.
