  1. Service SANGAT TERUK.
    On Friday 26/3/2021 Datang nak buka account. I already brought document needed. Then, they hand out a form and ask me to come back on Monday. Today (Monday 29/3/2021 11:30 am), I came back for the further procedure. Waiting at the front for 20 minutes. Then, one staff came out and ask to come tomorrow early morning. He said if i come on 12pm they have to delay and delay (pada hal I already at the front from 11.30 am). I already standing there hoping this matter to be done for 20 bloody minutes.

My ATM card chips is broken ..I chossen gelang patah Maybank to settle my ATM card as this place is nearer to my house..the staff reject my request to change to a new card at its me feel very sad .she said cannot change because I use old passport number.i have bring my old and new passport ..but she said eventbough have that old passport need to update to a new passport ..if thats the case why she cannot update on that time..I understand that the SOP 6 months before expired the visa..but I’m asking for help to change it to new because I need to send money to my family’s I but she can’t ..no helpful

  3. Also facing almost issues from other people. My spouse ATM card expiry date. So we go and change it. First time go there the officer said cannot change new ATM card because Visa less than 6 months. We waiting for new Passport Visa and second time we go again they said system is old passport record. So need 3 working days to update. Very disappointed to their service. Imagine that’s if your ATM card is spoil when your visa only left 5 months. This is ATM card not The credit card. ATM card if issue it to the owner with valid date of visa but less 6 months. Is it Bank having any loss?

    Very poor service. Staff have to work, first come first service basis. Waiting in a long queue in information counter but the staff is not attention on which customer is come first. A simple enquiry also staff cannot answer. 1 star also not worth it.

    I went to this maybank to ask information about financial service. But the service is extremely bad. That malay lady seriously unfit to work for customer service department. Better work in prison.

    The guard of this branch is extremely rude. I hope that the management of this branch can take action on this. He is standing at the form counter and I jz want to get a look at forms. Better open my investment account at other bank compare to Maybank.

    Superb services. My MAE app contact number was in error. The good guy took less than 5 min to trouble-shoot the problem. He filled in some forms and sent me to the counter staff to ratify it. Good, efficient and polite process. Well done 👍
