  1. I called for a warranty issue and the service person did not agree with me that it is clearly a workmanship issue. I have had other plumbers out to look at it and have told me that is the case. They charged me $79 to tell me that. Seems like they could have waved the fee for coming to look at it. However, the owner called me upon further complaint and we worked it out with a very pleasant and productive conversation.

  2. Elizabeth M. and Donald W. were GREAT! Very professional, yet very pleasant and easy to talk to. Elizabeth answered all of my questions easily and quickly, in a way that was easy to understand. She clearly knows her stuff! And I could also tell that she was doing a great job training Donald. Elizabeth also provided an estimate on possible future work, and, again, her descriptions and explanations were very easy to understand. I am very very pleased with this crew from Four Seasons Plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

  3. I called in at 4 pm the day before and was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Michael was able to fix the flush valve in my toilet in less than 15 minutes and did fantastic work. He not only was able to provide excellent service but he also walked through the house and checked to make sure everything was working fine. He was very informative and detailed in his explanations and made it very easy to understand.

He was careful thorough did an excellent job fixing the problem in a proficient way and even cleaned up after himself. He explained everything carefully.     7/22/22 Andrew is professional and did my bid last Friday as well as provided an installation of my new toilet today. He also dropped the camera down the lone To inspect the septic all is clear I’ll have the guys at the house tack up some droopy lines below the house that way everything will flow to the septic tank more smoothly. Andrew walked me through the process. Took off boots upon entering . No worries ill vaccum and mop upon completion. New connection added bc old too short. I had their HVAC -Tech Jake to the house also today. for inspection/maint. This was not their installation. Jake shared some info, about this systems installation (not all about Heatings install) i didn’t think upper hole was right. I added stocking months ago bc it was blowing installation about . Jake said i can cover hot air hole w installation piece and sheet rock closed. Great crew,.Quality work, Polite and knowledgeable. I also used this company for septic Clean out 11/21. Buncombe county, wish i could use you at my rehabber in Mars hill too. Thank you Guys!

    Greg and his crew did an excellent job. Greg went out of his way to come out and do an estimate on the same day I called. They started work the next morning and quickly made the repairs needed (replacing 200+ ft. of water main to the house and new pressure booster). All of their employees were extremely professional and hard working. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. They gave me an excellent price for the amount of work and quick turn around. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed. You definitely get what you pay for! I would recommend AAP to anyone and will make them my first call in the future!

    I had a wonderful experience working with All About Plumbing! Their technician was very knowledgeable and they were able to come out quickly and give me quotes on both a repair and a replacement.     I needed a water line run in my kitchen when I bought a new refrigerator that had an ice maker. I have never had an ice maker before and was very excited to finally get one. Ben with All About Plumbing came right on time, he was knocking on my door exactly at 9 AM when he was expected. He did the estimate quickly and gave me a reasonable price. When he said he would need to come back on a different day to do the install due to a crowded schedule for the day I told I had taken the day off from work to be home for the install. He called the office and had them rearrange his schedule so that my install could be accomplished on the day I was home. He did a very professional job on the install, didn’t waste any time (not even a lunch break) and was done much sooner than I expected. He was polite and respectful of my home the entire time he was with us. I will definitely call All About Plumbing again if I have more plumbing needs. When I am ready to install the new shower in our bathroom I intend to call them first. I would encourage all to give them a try!

    Poorly installed. Venting not secured just left resting on top of the unit over the exhaust. Piping wasn’t straight. Gas leak. Tech didn’t have a leak detector I guess. When I smelled gas and used a detector it lit up like a Christmas tree. When I messaged that there was a leak their response was “call our office to make an appointment”. I called the gas company and they were there in 15 minutes because a gas leak is an emergency. I fixed the venting on my own. I want to install a new gas insert fireplace and a water filtration system guess who wont be getting a call from me.

    While I’m very thankful Roto Rooter was open and gave us an appointment on Sunday, I cannot say that it actually helped. The technician that came to our house was very kind but very inexperienced and ill-equipped to help us. The quote we were given for the repair was twice that of the experienced plumber that fixed our issue the next day. It’s my understanding that was the normal rate as we paid a weekend service call fee for the technician to call for help and tell us some incorrect information.

    Today is Sunday. I’m thankful for James! I had a water leak in my front yard that had been flowing at least 12 hours before I knew. When James arrived he immediately set to work, a very difficult task as he had to dig thru cement that had been left from previous owner. Leak discovered, James had to be creative in how to repair, as this was an unusual pipe,in an unusual location. End of day, water leak stopped, pipe repaired. Water restored to house, life is good again. Thank you James and RotoRooter.

    250+$ to come out for two hours and break a snake off in my mother in laws sink drain. Then told her it would be 1500$ to repair it!! Drove an hour, got 30$ with of supplies from Lowe’s and was done in an hour. I should note that after several attempts to have them contact her back she asked me to help, glad they never called her back and left her hanging because it saved her over 1500$! I wonder if they will come and retrieve THIER snake for free or will THIER mistake cost even more? I do not recommend this company. Have a local plumber come first, they take pride in being from your community and being trustworthy.
