  2. Hands down amazing! Personality and humor were very welcomed! Fully explained each step before during and after repairs. He found some pretty remarkable weather related pipe damage. It was neat to learn the freezing cold was capable of such damage. Very timely. And so very appreciative to have running water again after 5 days. 10/10 highly recommended

  3. Our technician Sander was great. He had great customer service and was polite, courtesy and he was detailed in his explanations. I’d give SANDER a 5 start rating. HOWEVER, I would not give the customer service office a 5 star rating. Their explanation on timing and when to expect service was lacking and they also cancelled on us when we were 2.5 hours into the “supposed” appointment window. We then had to call several times the following day to get updates on when to expect service. Sander the technician was awesome, but the company’s dispatcher and customer service manager that I spoke to was horrible.

  4. Excellent professional service. Austin showed up on time to fix a leaking shower drain. He cut a neat hole through ceiling which made it easy enough for me to fix. The shower drain was corroded on, but he managed to cut the metal ring off. Austin took the extra time to do everything right. He worked very hard. I was very pleased with the service.

    After our HVAC system went bad for the second time in a year from an existing company. I called Atlantic for a quote on installing an entire new system. The quote was very competitive with top quality systems. They were able to fit us in quickly as we have a young child in the house. They arrived promptly, respected our home and, knocked it out efficiently cleaning up after themselves when complete. We will definitely be utilizing services in the future.

    Updated Review- After miscommunication about what exactly a free estimate we received an apology. It was appreciated. So our A/C unit was pretty old and we could have did a quick fix for about 800 bucks but we decide to just replace everything. They worked fast and professionally. We were contacted by the owner multiple times to make sure everything was fine or if we needed any questions answered. Very great service and we appreciate their hard work. They also do Military discounts so that was nice too. I have the names written down at home, I’ll update my review with names later.

    Called at 730pm, on a Friday night, for emergency service. Never recieved a call back after talking to the operator 3 separate times over the course of 3 hours, waiting for a tech to call me. EDIT: this was last weekend, Friday, November 11th, 2022. I ended up driving to Hampton to resolve the issue myself.

    Atlantic Plumbing recommended Just Plumbing to my fiance to light her hot water heater because they were weeks out before a tech could come out. The person from Just Plumbing was more interested in trying to sell her a new hot water heater than to light the one in place. Nothing was wrong with the hot water heater but needing cleaning and it fired right up. The same maintenance that Atlantic Plumbing did when they came out to light the furnace. In the meantime he is still trying to push a new water heater sale. The water heater in place had no signs of leaking when I looked at it but now all of sudden it Is leaking now after he touches it. I have been dealing with trades all my life and I know some of the dirty low down things they will do to get a dollar. Especially when dealing with a female. It makes me wonder about two things. “All I know is what goes around comes around “. He still will not get one red cent of the $2000.00 that he quoted for a new water heater and if another plumber finds out that something was done intentionally. Then there will be something done about it. My mistake, I meant Just Plumbing not Jeff Plumbing. Another plumber has come out with a estimate of .5 the price of Just Plumbing. I have asked him to see if any damage was caused by human error or other.

    They were very professional and knowledgeable. I’m happy with my new HVAC. Only issue I had with them was they were late twice for two different appointment. It was a little convenient. They didn’t show up at the two hour time frame that we agreed on. The contractors really do take pride in their work though. Jerrel took his time, explained some nuances to me, and ensured wiring and everything else were to standard.

    My heating wasn’t working properly and called Michael & Son to come take a look into it. They sent out Vincent and he was able to remedy the issue in the spot. He was knowledgeable and able to explain to me what was wrong and what he did to fix my heating issues. He took before and after pictures and sent them to me after the job was said and done. He had excellent attention to detail and exceeded the needs to keep my system running smoothly. 👍🤝

    Signed up for the basic tune up, and learned quickly why their tuneup price is good. They try to push you into their maintenance plans. They will scare you with overpriced invoices without their maintenence plan to try to make it look like you’re getting a good deal, but after rejecting and shopping around for service, they are grossly overpriced (more than double for the same work being done). The guy who came out was profession, respectful and clean. I had no problems with the basic tune up. Buyer beware of the bait and switch tactic they use to get you sign into their annual plan.
