We requested Adan and made an appointment. The morning of our appointment, Adan sent us a text message letting us know he’d be showing up in 40 minutes. His punctual arrival and immediate professional and friendly personality were notable. After carefully listening to us describe our kitchen faucet problems, he was able to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to explain to us the Focus Plumbing policy and options we needed to agree upon for his service. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. We’re very pleased with our new faucet and will definitely hire Adan for any future home repairs we have. We will also recommend Focus Plumbing and Adan to any friends who need quality service for any home repairs they may have. I have a Home Warranty company, but they just keep giving me the round around. I called Focus Plumbing and they responded right away. Brandon explained clearly what the problem was and offered solutions and alternatives. My experience with Focus was great! Update 9/14/22: I decided to replace my water heater and went with Focus Plumbing again. Replacing the water heater is a sizable expense, so I wanted to go with someone I trust. Just like the first visit, Brandon did an excellent job and got me set up with the new system. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn’t complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. Came out and fixed our Garbage Disposal along with a leak with our irrigation pipe attached to the house. Not only did he fix these issues, he educated us on our Water Softening System as we have never had one before. He suggested that we have our Hot Water Tank serviced at least once a year and we will be contacting him in a few weeks to schedule it. Noticed a pipe leaking in our garage this morning. Got in touch with Frank R. who repaired our previous plumbing issue and his responsiveness was amazing. Later in the night the piece came off completely and was flooding the garage into the street and Frank came shortly after we noticed it spraying. Juliana D. was efficient in taking my information and scheduling; she clearly understood my needs as I was on a short window of opportunity for installation. Jeremy J. was our technician who came out to assess what I needed. From start to finish, Juliana & Jeremy did an amazing job!!! I called Precision Plumbing in order to have a flush/cleaning of my one year old tankless water heater. I spoke with Autumn who was really nice in setting up an appointment as soon as possible. Gilbert arrived at my location and was really nice as well. Service was excellent and Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable about the service that he provided. I appreciated that he praised me in keeping up with yearly services and extra items that we have put in our house to monitor our water system (water leak detector, water softener, etc).
