  1. Natal’s has been providing great service for us over the past few months. Other AC companies we have called are struggling to provide same day service, but we’ve had great success with Natal’s prompt service calls, even on weekends. I used another company for several years, but have switched to Natal’s. Our most recent technician, Mike, did a great job on a Sunday service call!

  2. I had a leaking seal that was probably something I could have repaired on my own, but preferred to seek assistance from a professional just in case it turned out to be a larger job. It was just what I thought, however the job was completed much quicker than I would have been able to myself. Customer service was fantastic, and Devon was very friendly, professional, and efficient and even gave some love to my 14 year old dog! I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. I will absolutely use Natals in the future for plumbing needs and possibly others!

  3. We had a hot water pipe burst underneath our home today and were struggling to find someone to come out and help us. Natal’s made it out in two hours, had us fixed up in 30 minutes and offered us an HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan that we could not pass up. Rodney was our technician and he was very thorough, professional and helped us get our issue fixed and water back on in the home. Thanks again and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

  4. Devon was awesome! Never have I had someone come out to perform any type of service and have everything explained to me as Devon did. He was on time, polite, and extremely professional. He took the time out to make sure the work we needed done was completed and made sure that what was videoed reached my email clearly and successfully. He went over and beyond the call of duty, and if needed, I would definitely call Natal’s again. I love completing surveys, good or bad, so take it from me, Natal’s won’t disappoint!! Thanks Devon!!

  5. Natal’s is a fantastic company with honest and informative technicians. I really appreciate their new maintenance plan which has many added benefits compared to the previous version and they are truly honest people. I knew one of my air conditioning systems was going to be in bad shape and likely in need of some repair.

    Natal’s came in well below my expected cost (considering the unit has not been serviced in two years and is 15 or so years old). They were also able to do the work on the spot and had the necessary equipment on the truck.

    I have accepted that I will likely end up replacing this AC unit completely and when I do, I will be calling Natal’s to have the work done correctly.

    I called about some major kitchen sink plumbing problems on a weekday evening after 4:30, and they were able to send someone out the next morning at 8AM!! The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Shane (plumber) arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He fixed it right up and also installed a new faucet, and took care to do the job right! Mr. Rooter will definitely be my go-to going forward, for plumbing and their other services.

    Mr. Rooter to the rescue. I had my main water line bust in the ground and was creating a lake in my yard. I had home warranty come out and a week and a half later, they decided they weren’t going to pay for it. So a week and half of water leaking into my yard, I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I found out about the home warranty. They acted so fast, was at my house in a few hours, identified the problem and fixed me back up better than it was before in about 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with this company. The technicians Paul and Devin crushed it. I will continue to refer business to this company and if ever I have any plumbing work in the future, they will be on speed dial. Thanks again for your great work, your professionalism, and you extremely fair price. You guys rock!!!

    Needed a camera to inspect my plumbing, Shane was very knowledgeable and explained answers to my questions in great detail. All though my issue is not fixed YET, I have another appointment with Shane this Friday to help with deciding the best course of action.     I needed a new water heater and also discovered my bathtub faucets were not functioning due to being incorrectly installed by a previous plumber so needed to be fixed. Dave R. went above and beyond to help me get everything in working order as quickly as possible at a fair price. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure my old house had running hot water again! I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again and I recommend them without hesitation.

    I called about a clogged sink a few days before Thanksgiving. They had an appointment for the day before, and the Plummer, Shane, was able to come by an hour early. He is very respectful and was able to diagnose the problem. He wanted to snake the drain from the roof and avoid hauling the equipment inside the house. It was a great idea to keep the place clean. He was able to do the job within 45 minutes and recommended preventing the problem from happening again. I will use this service again.

    I still don’t have water after $400. They didn’t fully assess the problem and left the job unfinished. On top of that, Ju overcharged me by $50 and had an attitude about it! These guys are a rip off. Don’t call!
