3 weeks agoI love visiting Costco, especially this one. There is a lady in clothing named Cynthia, she is the best at customer service in all of Oklahoma City and surrounding areas! She needs a raise! This store is clean and well stocked.5 months agoNewer Costco location, clean and modern layout. Great customer service as expected when a membership is required for entry.Only negative comment is due to Oklahoma law preventing this location from selling hard liquor. Would like to buy Suntory whiskey at a discount as I have in Chicago Costco locations.
7 months agoCostco is a great place to shop and I had never been disappointed, always great people and helpful.Today they failed and have disappointed me. I walked in there to do my shopping and I noticed they had the dinning table I bought January 18, 2023 marked down. Finished doing all my shopping and headed to the customer service. They said it was not the same item. Headed back there to double check we were looking at the right item. Spoke to 4 different people, first one was a young lady very nice and she said she will get some one else for us. The other lady was also nice but they had to take it a step further. Spoke to a guy that is in charge of the displays, I explained to him that they had 4 dinning tables and 2 have the wrong prices and another one has the wrong sku number with wrong price . He said that he wasn’t making any of this up but kids will go and move prices around. Like a kid can reach the price tags. (See pictures below).I asked if we can come to an agreement on price but the answer was no. He asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I replied yes. She comes over and she said it’s a mistake that there is nothing they can do about it. Anyone can make mistakes but it’s a mistake on 3 different dinning sets. I asked her if she could honor it, that it wasn’t my fault. As you know none of that happened. The first picture is the dinning table I purchased. The last one has the original price to my dinning table. They just didn’t want to do it because it was a $600 difference.
3 months agoBought myself a Traeger! The Redland is the same as one of the ones on Traeger but way cheaper. The Sprecher root beer is the best I have ever had! They have everything!! Including Traeger brand signature blend pellets that are $20 for 33 lbs.I believe6 months agoGreat experience. Huge store that has everything. It appears that forward thinking people shop in bulk here. It was really busy from the parking lot to the checkout lanes.

3 months agoClean, well organized, great prices and full stock of healthy organic produce, name brand clothing at a fraction of retail. Gasoline member pricing under $3/gallon. I fueled up, bought pool toys, and solar powered patio lights with an actual panel instead of those cheap cruddy ones everyone else carries.5 months agoFriendly staff, helpful at checkout. Paper towels are a little cheaper than Sam’s and store kept a little cleaner. Some good deals if you need what is :on sale”. Gas was one cent cheaper than Sam’s (saved 21 cents lol)6 months agoVery good prices for bulk items. Wide variety and employees go above and beyond to find items for you if they are in stock. On your way out you can treat yourself to an all beef hot dog and coke for a buck and a half. Note you must be a member to enter the store.2 months agoThe Moore Oklahoma Costco store is so clean and everyone is so nice. Beautiful store5 months agoI don’t understand the point of making an appointment for a specific time if you have to wait for more than 40 minutes before they even start on your tire replacement. The least they could have done was let me know when I checked in that they were behind schedule and this was going to be at least a 2 hour process. I thought I was able to get this taken care of on my lunch break since we picked everything out ahead of time, gave them all of our info, paid for the service and scheduled the appointment. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

My whole family loves shopping at Costco. We buy everything from dog food (premium quality, of course) to televisions there. I recently bought new tires. You have to wait about an hour each time, but they balance and rotate tires for free when bought there. They sell quality products and are great at refunding money if you are unhappy with your product for any reason.
We drive over 100 miles to this Costco due to their great service and prices. We had an issue with our cashier last visit notified Costco and the Assistant General manager took care of it promptly!
I highly recommend shopping this store.
The store’s inventory and prices are good. However, I felt like a heifer going through the shoot at the”food” lot. Scott was not personable or friendly at all. Rather, I felt I was an inconvenience at his register as he and his helper, who was there to run me through even more quickly, made haste. I began to wonder if I was on a conveyor belt. And then, as always, I was check to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything as I went out the door.
Manager JACKIE was rude as hell. Can’t even ask for help if you’re not a member. Assistant general manager ANNA is worse. How are you a manager and first of all don’t introduce yourself and apologize to solve the situation. Instead she walks up and acts like she doesn’t even know her job either. We asked to look at a product. JACKIE walked passed by rudely and said “they’re not a member” if this is how they want new members to sign up then they need better training at customer service. Horrible service. Do not recommend. Headquarters need to do something about this matter. When confronted they changed their story and did not seem like they were sorry at all. Seeing from these reviews headquarters should come see these people that they hire. FIRE THEM.
I really do love Costco but my recent visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth. After shopping for over an hour I get to check out and find out that my membership expired a month ago. I didn’t have an extra $120 to renew at that exact moment. They gave me no options. I feel like it would be a good policy to give members like me, who have been members for several years, a grace period in times like that. In the end I just had to walk out of the store empty-handed. They ended up putting all the groceries back. Seems like a waste of manpower when they could have sold the goods to me and actually made a profit.
