It’s where I shop. Don’t recommend shopping around 4pm-6pm due to being extremely busy. The only reason I say that is because they won’t have enough cashier’s working.
Usually only 2 Lanes open when it’s their busiest time. 6 self checkouts most always open but may be card only.
This is the closest Kroger to where I live. My Mom and I come here at least twice a month. It’s worth the 40 mile trip. As expensive as groceries are nowadays, they try to keep their prices fair and the produce fresh!
I used the online ordering system to order catering for a work event several days in advance. When I arrived to pickup my order, I was told it was never received (except I literally showed the worker the email I had stating the order was received) The employee handling this was very apologetic and professional; however I found it unacceptable that the manager did not acknowledge me themself and instead had an employee handle it. Seemed like they were throwing their employees under the bus instead of being taking responsibility. Sheeeeesh.
I have always loved this Kroger location. Staff are awesome, it’s always clean, they have a great selection of food and high-quality produce. Additionally, their bakery is fantastic and very talented!
I call this place “the motherland”..I am there all the time getting stuff for dinner, my kids lunches and even corsages for homecoming’s for my sons to give to their dates. On average I’m there 3-4 per week. I LOVE the people there. Unlike Walmart and Meijer, their layout makes sense and u can find things. The sushi is good and $5 on Wednesdays! The cashiers and baggers are always kind. The managers are helpful and always smiling. I feel welcome here and will always chose this store over the other local options! (And the floral department is also very helpful and professional!!)
