  1. The store is always a mess nothing is ever where it should be. There is never anyone at the check out, I’ve been in line and watched people walk right out the door with the items they shopped for because we stood there for almost 10 mins with absolutely no employees in the store or in sight!

  2. Not sure what,s going on but it was closed yesterday 11/20/201 this store was doing great until now. its open then closed during odd hours. For hell sakes put a sign on the door with an explanation. it was closed last week too. get it together people.

    Addinh to my review went to dollar general today on 7200 so and closed again. they were closed 12/11/2021 and 12/12/21 again. when temp hours posted on door that read 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, This place is going down hill quick. so sad. I just watche 7 cars show up and leave in dissappointment.

    Way to start off the new year Dollar General. Why can’t you stay open !!.
    And why are you hiring, you don’t stay open long enough for a 40 work week.
    Ok once again Jan 9th closed again all day, unreal!

  3. Employee was so rude. Went in there to get some ibuprofen. He accused me of stealing cuz I was in my pj’s cuz I haven’t been feeling well. So I opened my wallet and said does it look like I need to steal. I have cash to pay for my item. He was very rude and unprofessional. I’ll just shop at walgreens next time.

    Excellent customer service, been here before and young African American guy had helped also with great attitude. All around everyone seem to be doing their best. I will definitely be back. Lots of fun things here for any occasion. Highly recommend this store.

    Went to the Dollar General store on Redwood Road in Rose Park today around 2p.m. and found a real professionally hand written sign on their front door indicating that their hours had changed to 9a.m. – 5p.m. When we reached the door we noticed the doors were locked and the store was closed. Shelves on the inside were stocked and full but nobody was there. My daughter and I watched as more than probably 25 cars came and left once they realized the store was closed. What a shame that this site just sits?

    They’re the worst. I don’t even know how they are still In business. They are barely even open. They’re supposedly supposed to be open until 10pm but they always have a sign they put up, feels like almost everyday that says they are temporarily closed or their registers are down. But I feel they are rarely even open. Smh. They just had another sign today for the millionth time that said the same thing 🙄 and it’s the only closest store to me with clothes. We need a new store in this area.

    I really like this location. Large variety of products and new items all the time. I always feel like I interrupted a store reset though because they always have a ton of boxes in the isles, along the back wall, or (as it seems lately)at the beginning of the isles It’s difficult to push a cart through as the layout is small and cramped already. I haven’t had anything but pleasant staff interactions so I keep going back.

    I would give 0 if I could. They are rarely ever open every time I go there. I’m surprised they are still up and running. They always have unprofessional signs posted on the door that they are closed or that there are temporary hours. Seems like this has been an ongoing issue this whole year. Like, can you guys get the issue fixed and keep the store open at the the times they advertised to be open.

    Sat. 8/7/21. Terrible experience!! Spent 20 minutes finding just the right Birthday cards…was waiting 10 minutes in a very long line to pay. Cashier yelled at everyone from the front– ” You will all have to leave the store! ” Turns out computer systems down…register not working! Left empty- handed
