If I can give 0 stars I would. Today when I was in outside garden I felt so bad for the cashiers. They were outside in the freezing cold. I don’t understand how a company so big. Would have there employees out in the cold with no way to warm up. I will never spend my money here ever again. I can’t respect a business who doesn’t have a bit of human decency for their employees. I hope none of those cashiers gets sick. They were so friendly although they were out there in the cold kudos to them.
Standard HD, normal layout. Allot of the tools are behind locks so you’ll need somebody to get them for you.
Checkout experience was one of the better ones I’ve experienced at a Home adept, plenty of staff and all very friendly and very helpful. If this one were closer to home I’d make it my main store!
Try a different Home Depot location, or maybe a local hardware store. This facility struggles to keep things tidy. Sometimes you get expert help, sometimes you get clueless staff. I’m hoping they can get better organized, or I’d expect they close down and focus on suburban locations.
Oddly enough, this is one of the few Home Depots I have to tell associates I don’t need help. They’re always asking if we need help finding everything, which is good! The store is generally clean and has what you need.
Home Depot is great for alot of things and the employees are very courteous. Just NEVER buy the appliances!!!horrible process, initially the employees were having trouble processing my order. Delivery date arrives, the delivery person hired by HOME DEPOT, was skilled in installation, of which I paid for. After a 5 second assessment, he decided he was unable to install my refrigerator and dishwasher. Even though I purchased extra parts for compatibility with both appliances, that HOME DEPOT, told me I needed. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he put me on the phone with a young lady who had an attitude with me like we were familiar. Behind her attitude and his inabilities, I ended up refusing the whole delivery, valued at almost 3 thousand dollars. A clear waste of my time, money and energy. I will probably NEVER go to HOME DEPOT for appliances again.
